Target

I was here a few weeks ago. Had a great shopping trip and was able to find everything I was looking for. Dave in the grocery department was a huge help as I was looking for some organic produce.

I am writing this review today because while I was there I must have dropped my card because the Lowell police returned it to me today and said that target had turned it in.

I am very thankful for that and wish I knew how to thank them for doing such a good deed.

Ease of purchase online, ease of pick-ups as well as returns. The use of their app is especially appealing for browsing, coupons/sales, and record of purchases. No other retailer does it like Target.

I had to return something that I had delivered. It came in partly destroyed.
So I returned it in person. I had no problems with the return.

Mallory (cashier) should be recognized by
Target/Corporate as a role model . She is amazing , always in a very good mood!

I have used this Target for 10 year. I forgot a gas can once and they held it till I returned. A decade later I forgot my receipt and cash back. They still held it for me!! Why I felt compelled to make this post. Non of us are perfect but honesty goes a long way. Thank you Team Target! ^.^

Love the pick up option and the people that get my orders together and bring it out. I have some health issues that make it hard for me to complete simple tasks like food shopping at times. They always pick out great produce and my orders are always complete. Even last Christmas, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get all my kids their gifts in time, they had it and brought it right to my car. Lowell Target is the best!

Target is a place to find just about anything. They have lots of selections and have great products and prices

love target specials and coupons - i basically live there and their customer service is always A1 - but not the customers some of them do to much but this store speaks for itself

The product return service is super fast and practical, without bureaucracy, without questions, without long queues.

Always a great shop! Great selection & stock. Clean store, easy to navigate. There's always unique-to-Target treats & finds - and there's always the regular, expected stand-bys: all the basics and specials.

I read some other reviews about this Target and I too have had great and not so great experiences here. However, the reason for my 5 star rating is - since COVID-19 began, this store has really stepped up their game. For almost 2 years now I have had outstanding customer service at this location - from the staff working the floor, to the cashiers, to the staff working curbside pickup, to the staff managing online orders - I have been very impressed. This has become my Target of choice over the last couple of years and I really appreciate the staff working throughout Covid. Thank you - I have definitely noticed the improvements made.

Rather large, has all the usual bits, no optical though, but Starbucks, pharmacy, grocery etc.

Target has been my favorite store to shop. Since it’s been so close to my house and I have the option to buy online and receive my orders at the same day. The customer service is really good as well.

After i reached the pickup spot, App automatically poped-up a message and selected yes i am here. <5 mins i got my order delivered at my car. Wonderful Service!! congrats to all the hard working Target friends during this pandemic times!! I recommend Target!!!!

I will go out of my way to go to the Lowell target! Jim whom I believe is a manager went above and beyond to help me in his store. He's extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm grateful for such amazing customer service! This guy deserves a promotion!

I love Target, clean, organized with helpful staff, but what I hate is their sale items never ring on the cash register. I now take pictures of sale items I bought so I can show to the cash register person and they are very nice in adjust the price for me. This happen ask the time that I start to think Target does this on purpose because if you don't watch it, you end up paying full price. I want the corporate to see this and to do something about it. With that, I still love Target!
