Amazon Go

I’ve never been more uncomfortable walking out of the store feeling like I haven’t paid. LOL the fact that it was so easy to walk in and grab what I wanted and walk out knowing I had already paid for it, is amazing. Let’s face it, this is the future of shopping. At some point there won’t even be human beings there to restock the shelves robots will be doing it. I this is shopping simple the food choices are good. I chose a Vietnamese style salad today which is pretty big considering the price. There was a gentleman there stocking the shelves named Christopher that handed myself and my coworker a chocolate candy bar and welcomed us into the store. We probably stick out like sore thumbs first timers. I think it’s pretty cool to be able to use your phone to walk into a Store and you don’t even have to ring things up. Simple. Efficient. AI technology. Mark Bezos has the game sold up

What a great place for a quick fast and go kind of thing. Got a refreshing soda and a yummy snack 🤤. The store is like super organized 🤩! Love love love it 😊

Open despite the construction and wow, very convenient. It was weird being part of the future. 😄 My first time ever and one of the two staff members I saw, was patient, kind, and helpful.

Really amazing "touchless" experience. Recommend you download the Amazon GO app first and get it set up, then you just wave that code at the turnstile, grab what you want and it charges you auto-magically. If you have a mask on, somehow it still is able to correctly identify you.
Pro tip -- there's a small white stand in the back corner marked "returns." For free you can RETURN any Amazon product without having to repackage or ship it. Just go through the Amazon app or web site, under Orders, click Return and then you'll get a QR code in email. Note that this does not automatically work with the QR code from the Amazon GO app to enter -- you have to have that code from the email to do the return.

It's so convenient, basically in my building. Great place to grab lunch before heading to work, and sometimes dinner since they have meal kits (They're also amazing). Highly recommend.

Finally, a place to grab coffee with no wait. It is truly amazing to be able to enter the store with Amazon Go app and just grab and walk out.

Clean and convenient. Friendly staff! Sometimes the food turns out to be stale, but Amazon promptly offers refunds for that

ここのAmazonGoは朝６時から開いている。レジ待ちがないのは本当に便利だと思います。でも、日本のコンビニに比べると売っているものの種類は少なく、各種サービス提供もないので、手放しで称賛するレベルにはまだまだのような気がします。

Never enough hot food, high school students always leave the shelves bare. So annoying.

Why are the hours so limited? I would pop in here on the wkends if open.

Can anybody elaborate about how's the parking

I'll have to come back and try more of their grab-n-go lunches. Rated them 2 stars becuase I feel like they can do better with their sushi quality. Grabbed two of their crunchy California roll at $7.50 each. The california roll was sprinkled with crunchy onion pieces. The onion pieces are too overpowering. Additionally, the way they fill the roll is inconsistent. The very last pieces had little-to-no filling.

I would be more than happy to spend a dollar more for the to-go sushi for something more consistent and of better quality.

They do have great salad selection and variety. I'm willing to come back and try more of their stuff.

It’s somewhat convenient, the hours could be a lot better - what’s the point of an automated store otherwise? At least follow the hours of the grocery stores nearby… Food is just a notch above gas station quality too.

Closed on weekends?? Coffee ends at the 2pm? What's the point.
