Thomas Street Market

I live block away. The staff are always so kind, so helpful, and always polite ( a rarity among Seattle businesses these days). I can't think of one time where I needed something and they didn't have it, which is pretty impressive considering it being a "quick mart".

They also have a sandwich bar. They serve Borehead I believe? I've never personally tried any of their sandwiches, but I see people ordering them all the time during the day so that's gotta mean something!

Best bodega on the hill. I've since moved away and look for this place in every corner store! It's Narnia in there, they have everything and the most friendly faces

At first glance this store only has alcohol, but actually has everything you could have forgotten earlier at QFC... Brown sugar, vanilla extract, lemons, coconut milk, etc. Also a wide selection of cleaning necessities and toiletries and pet care essentials. :)

Their sandwiches are amazing! The staff at Thomas Street are always friendly. The store has just about everything you could ever need, including produce, and extends back really far. Love the convenience! I drop in here often when I need one or two items to finish preparing dinner.

Great little locally owned market. Friendly staff. Convenient hours open early to late (-ish now b/c of Corona). Making your way through the maze-like store layout you'll find just about anything you would at the bigger markets—just don't expect a huge selection. Pricier compared to the chain stores but with the margins on grocery products these days that's understandable—especially for a place this size. You likely won't do your weeks worth of shopping here but it's great for picking up just about anything (standard) in a pinch. They also have a small deli up front with sandwiches made to order. Haven't tried them yet but the menu board looks pretty tasty.

Awesome neighborhood market here in Capitol Hill. Great Boars Head deli sandwiches made fresh by the hardworking and friendly staff. Plus they’ve got a great selection of beer. 5/5 highly recommend

Just moved a block from this little shop and I'm so happy to have it nearby. Staff have been very friendly and they honestly have nearly anything you could want. So convenient and cute. It feels a bit like a clown car walking in because the store is about 3x larger than you expect from the outside and is packed to the gills.

Tiny store but every bit of space used to provide a surprising amount of items. Large selection of beers and the clerk will make you a nice deli sandwich if you ask. Different clerk each time but they all have been pleasant and helpful.

I like supporting this place. The staff/owners are super friendly and they make really good sandwiches. It's usually well stocked and has all your basic needs if you are in a hurry.

Great hours, clean store, friendly staff, and wide selection of beers. Great deli with sandwiches too. Way beyond what I expected from a little corner store. I feel great bringing business to this place.

The Neighborhood spot for those little things you don’t want to walk all the way to the bigger stores for. Super friendly staff, AWESOME Boars Head meat stuffed sandwiches in the daytime, and they always have treats for the dogs. 👌🏻

Tiny little market that is super well-organized and very clean they have literally everything! I Stop by this place at least once a day they are awesome, Very friendly staff and they have a great deli with Killer sandwiches. Yum. :)

Amazing friendly service.

It has everything you need! Wine, beer, breakfast foods, dinner items, veggies, fruits, various other food essentials. It’s like a maze! It keeps going.

Cons:
It is quite pricey, maybe that means they’re paying the staff well (hopefully).

The sandwiches are awesome! Beer selection amazing! I think Tupac works there as one of the cashier!!!
