Nordstrom Rack

After experiencing the space needle, we stopped by Nordstrom Rack, which is right at the Monorail station, and they had a good selection of items on sale. A couple of floors to look for a bargain.

Absolutely blown away by the menswear outerwear selection. I can’t believe I scored a $4,000 Canali cashmere over coat for $400. Harjyoti was so sweet and made sure we received the proper discounts during the Clear The Rack sale. She exemplified outstanding customer service. Thanks for your 20+ years of dedication Harjyoti!

The Shoe dept. at this store today was nothing less than AMAZING!! I wear a size 10 and they had an entire back wall of shoes/boots in my size! I was shocked because finding a decent selection in my size isn’t the easiest. There is also another area for Designer brands and they had plenty to choose from in my size there as well. I wasn’t the only customer to notice the size of the shoe department either, another lady heard me comment to my sister and mentioned that she was also surprised by the thousands of shoes! Go check it out!! They have shoes for everyone!!

Of the Nordstrom Racks in the Pacific NW, this is a better one. Bigger selection since it's next to the flagship Nordstrom. The employees at the cashier counter are always so nice. If you need help finding anything, talk to the employees restocking on the floor. I'm always overwhelmed, so I always ask if they have something in particular before wandering the space.

Much better selection than the other Nordstrom racks I've been to. I'm not sure why. They have size 13 women's shoes and a lot of unusual sizes that's really wonderful for a tall girl like me.

Just call me a Nordy girl! I spent $100 and earned a $20 bonus note when I joined the Nordy Club. On my next purchase, I can use the notes to take $20 off! I downloaded the app to keep up with my points. Get the app. Shop Online. Shop in Store before 7pm.

Same day alterations done by Thuy! She is amazing! Repaired a damaged sport coat within a couple hours. She does great work and you cannot tell what was wrong with the item in the first place. Thanks Thuy!

Always a good experience at Nordstrom rack. This location specifically has a good collection of sneakers and athletic shoes. I also have consistently seen Burberry and Alexander McQueen products. Good location, good selection.

My daughter work at this store so I shop there frequently. Simply stated they have some of the best buys of quality clothing, shoes, jewelry etc..

Thuy Nguyen went above and beyond today. I'm staying at the Grand Sheridan and I needed a new Canali shirt altered for an event on Thursday and I also dropped off a sweater I purchased the day before that had a zipper coming loose at the bottom. It was the last sweater like it and didn't want to just return it.

I wasn't expecting to get my items back till Thursday, but she knew I was only staying for the night because she asked how I was doing. I told her I live on Vashon now and only come to the city for business.

She called me once because I left my hotel card in the sweater and a second time to let me know both my shirts had been completed. They both look amazing and I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond!

I have known Thuy for many years and I prefer shopping at Nordstrom rack because she is there and is consistently helpful. She has actually altered my whole wardrobe and helps me stay on top of new fashion. I get compliments all the time on my clothes.

Most of my clothes I had purchased from your main stores and I trusted her with all my suits, pants and shirts. She would be an amazing corporate trainer or definitely deserves to be recognized for exemplary customer service.

Shoe selection is size of football field! Huge selection in all the usual departments Nordstrom offers! It’s across the street from Original Building that is a beautiful shopping experience!

Ok so if your looking to get your makeup done! Go here! Got my makeup done before a concert and was impressed by service and details. I used the Estee Lauder counter as MAC was booked, but I was very happy with the outcome. See for yourself!

I had been procrastinating buying a suit for two upcoming weddings, because I found the notion intimidating and didn't know where to start. I walked into the men's formal wear section and Tess helped me from start to finish: helping get me fit right for a suit, choosing the right color combo of suit, tie, and shirt, connecting me with the in-store alteration expert, and making sure that my suit would be ready for a wedding that coming weekend. I really appreciate how attentive and helpful Tess was, not to mention very friendly. I would definitely come back again for alterations and/or a new suit when the time comes.
