Sirata Beach Resort

This is our 2nd visit to the Sirata. First, a big shout out to Sarah at the front desk! Amazing customer service. All of the staff were wonderful from the front desk to the bartenders, cleaning and servers. All were friendly and helpful. Love the events that they plan, especially at the pool area….play bingo for free drinks! The live music every night has been fantastic. Really talented artists. We had one issue, the TV didn’t work. They sent someone immediately but he couldn’t fix it. We went to the beach and when we came back it was fixed! Now the rooms….this resort is older so there are some minor issues but the plus side, maintenance was going on all around us. The toilet kept running but again, minor issue. We had an ocean view suite and the view is amazing….take your drink out on the patio and watch the sunset. The pools and bar areas are so much fun. Hopefully they continue with upgrades….we will be back again

We had a little accident/mishap with one of our children (gramma’s fault) and the staff were amazing! Wish we had taken their names so we could publicly thank them. They went beyond the call of duty in helping us. Also Cindy in gift shop helped us out with an issue. Shout out to all of the staff at Sirata!

We were there for a celebration of life honoring the loss off my sister. The staff were amazing, kind and compassionate. Luisa set our family up with a cabana so we could have a private moment. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone here could not have treated us better. Thank you my friends! I'll never forget it.

Great location right in the beach surrounded my restaurants and activities in walking distance. Two nice pools and bars. Bon fires on the beach, hammocks, games. Tons to do. Cute places to take pictures throughout. What really stood out was that he had some complaints with our first room. They didn’t hesitate in offering us a different one however, we had complaints on that room as well. Shelly at the front desk personally invited me to look at another room with her. She gave me a walk through and it was much better. They are in the process of upgrading the rooms. She moved us over and refunded the resort fee right away. Never gave us attitude or acted annoyed with us and made sure we were satisfied which I appreciated. We enjoyed our stay. On check out day my baby had to be taken to a hospital for breathing issues. My mom called the front desk and asked if she could stay with my other children while we were at the hospital with the baby and they were very sympathetic and understanding. Kept asking about the babies wellbeing. They held the room until 2pm for us at no additional charge which was perfect. The staff really went above and beyond and we will definitely be back. Thank you everyone.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, beautiful views. The rooms are pretty basic nothing to go on about . Only had a shower (no tub). The shower didn't work the best and it took a minute to get hot water. The pools were awesome and the waitress there was amazing. I also didn't like that I had to pay $25 a night for parking.

Was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I arrived about 2 hours early and was allowed to check in early. My suite was so inviting and clean. It came with a balcony and beach side view upon entering my room. I was delighted to see I had a full living and kitchen area and a private bedroom. The suite came with a queen size pull out bed and extra sheets and blanket. My room was literally steps from the beach easy access to the pool and Harry’s food and bar, that also included live entertainment in the evening. I came the day after the hurricane and was unsure what to expect, to my surprise the staff did an excellent job making it appear as if nothing happened. You do have to pay additional for parking and a daily resort fee, this does not include chairs or umbrellas. The beach is private and only allows guest with a wrist band. Over all a great value for the money.

Amazing place worth every penny plus some. 2 pools 3 bars. Beach was so nice and clean. Pool is a slat water pool. Beds where great they cleaned the room daily. It was amazing!!! 10/10 would be back again.

Great location, although the hotel is old, it is actually comfortable and clean. The staffs are friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back!

Had an absolute blast this weekend at The Sirata. We spent all day Saturday poolside with excellent service. Moe was particularly helpful and consistently asked what we needed. Will definitely be staying at The Sirata again!

The location and staff are exceptional. They are also great stewarts of the beach keeping it pristine. The outside bar spills onto the beach withgreat live music. The individual rooms aren't the best and could use basic maintenance on the AC as well as other systems and fixtures. At the end of the day it's the outside areas that bring it. I'd recommend this place just for that reason.

I stayed here for my birthday October 22 nd-23 rd and it was absolutely wonderful!! Everything about it, management, wait staff, bar tenders, servers, food, atmosphere and we got the ocean view and it was beautiful 😍 definitely recommend.

My family has stayed at the Sirata multiple times over the years and we’ve always really enjoyed it. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the location can’t be beat. The resort is very kid friendly, with lots of activities, multiple pools and one of the most beautiful beaches in the world a few yards away. We live locally and normally do a beach weekend before school starts at the end of the summer. We always choose the Sirata because it’s the perfect combination of price, comfort and service. And again, I can’t say enough good things about the staff, they’re amazingly friendly people.

Visited a friend staying here as we live local. But the beach is always amazing and the bar and restaurant staff are too. Nice clean pool area and the room was very spacious and updated.

As a wedding planner, it is so important to have a trusted resort for all my couples needs! Kelly and Jessica are the best.

Two pools. Private beach with a bar and fire pit. Clean rooms. AC works great. Exceptional service.
We will be staying here again very soon.

Besides the water shutting off twice !!!!Overall great experience. The staff are very polite. Super close to many restaurants. Words can’t even express the view from my room. The standard rooms are also very affordable.

Great, beautiful, huge beach with a wonderful amount of ocean to be able to walk and swim in. We even had a couple of Dolphins come near.

The service was very friendly and helpful at the front desk, and courteous and friendly at the beach bars (Harry's and Rum Runners)

The room.... Were clean. Just wish the layout would have been different to enjoy and bigger. But for the price, I can't really complain.

All in all, great value and getaway. After all, nobody goes on vacation to sit in the hotel room. ;)

Checked in went to room but had to leave my conference got canceled this week due to the hurricane so did not get to stay but I am sure the place was going to be lovely. Headed back home to Va after walking on the beach to feel like a tourist for the moment. Staff was amazing during the crazy process with our group.
