Dillard's: Tyrone Square

I had my Photo Booth at this Dillard’s for their VIP night and the entire staff is so cohesive and friendly. The regulars raved about their favorite associates.

They had the best Santa and Mrs. Clause for the event too. Everything is so well run.

The store is clean, and I had to go along the wall for the outlets! I live all of the details in the displays!!

I went back and shopped and found perfect clothes for my teenage boys for Christmas gifts! My boys were impressed with the brands that the associate had suggested to me. When I went back, it was so fun seeing familiar faces! I will be a regular now too!

I haven't been to this store in years. I made a call to the men's department and spoke to Stewart. I told him I needed the Roundtree and Yorke pants that were on sale. When I arrived he directed me to the rack and helped me pick out multiple pairs that were on sale.

I was in need of a new bra. Went to the lingerie department which is where I met Kim. She was so helpful as far as size and style of the bra I needed. Well needless to say I left satisfied with my purchase. Dillard is very lucky to have a caring employee took extra time to help me. I also met Amanda who was another great associate

Excellent service tonight by Frank as he assisted me with trying on multiple suits and took the time to be attentive with every question I had. Frank showed extreme patience and respect as I came in a half hour before the store closed. I appreciate his assistance.

We were there to get my husband fitted for a suit and shirts. Frank Simpson did a great job on his last suit. My husband is getting another one made and Frank did a wonderful job in helping pick out colors and style.

Excellent customer service 5 star. I came back a couple hours later to do the rest of my Christmas shopping. Kimberly in lingerie is a gem. I have worked in retail over 30 years and it was nice to be treated well and even acknowledged. I shopped the mall and I did all of my shopping at your store.

Stopped by for a new wallet. Good selection moderately proced. It's a good store with quality clothing. It's late February 2024 and just finishing seasonal sale.

Kimberly helped me with my bra purchases and did a wonderful job. I went in for a specific bra, but she helped me so I could have more than one option. She is an excellent asset to Dillards. I wish I didn’t live so far away. Thank you Kimberly!

Had an issue with a pair of shoes purchased at another Dillards. In my travels I ended up at Dillards Tyrone, And WOW!!! Richard Clarke!! What a total professional and gentleman, he gave old school service with a smile. I forgot what that felt like. Thank you Richard.

My husband and I went shopping for a suit. We found one we thought we liked but Frank found one that fit my husband much better and one we hadn’t even looked it. Frank was by himself in the department helping 2 other people at the time. We had to wait a few minutes for him to finish up those sales before he came back to draw the alteration markings. He also helped pick out a button up shirt and pocket square.
After a horrible experience at mens warehouse right before coming here, we didn’t even care about having to wait. We had a great experience and will definitely be back! Thanks Frank for your help!!
Also- someone find him some help at least to ring people up, especially on the weekend. He was helping probably 2 more people while he was with us.

We came in to get our son a suit for home coming. Frank Simpson, the department manager, was patient with our 14 year old and spent over a hour working with him until he found exactly the suit he wanted. We can’t say enough good things about Frank!

This store has an incredible men's department and I am talking about the professional staff. These men can see you walking up and already know what clothes or sport coats will fit you best. Also, they have a great selection of perfumes. Definitely give them a chance!

Today I went in with my son and was looking for some ralph lauren clothes. The cashier was so nice to me and my son and such a sweet lady. Also the store is very clean and the staff look well groom polite. Nice service. Also I get bras here and the staff always help me!
