Sheila was super accommodating and friendly to the many returns I had to give. She was also very patient in waiting for me to get my QR codes and I could see she does well under pressure given she was also attending me and incoming customers almost concurrently and did it with poise and patience. Thank you for your kind manner and amazing customer service!

I love this UPS! It is my go-to for online returns. The staff here is so friendly and kind! They often hold the door open for me when I walk up with my hands full. They always say hello and goodbye. When my kids are in the store with me, there is a little jar of dum dums that they love as well!

The crew at the S. Coit location make my visits stress free. They are so friendly and helpful every time I go in.

This is my go to location for UPS services and has been for years, and they are always nice, great, willing to help!

The old grumpy gentleman is gone now. There are new owners (Carl and Sheila) who are great people. If you haven't been to this location recently, give them a visit and I'm pretty sure you will like the new staff.

Always gotten friendly, curious, professional service. I've been here a couple of times to mail a package, and a dozen times for Amazon returns, over the past 5 or so years. Will continue to go here for all my shipping needs.

I go to this store because I value my time (the post office sucks and is slow) and I always feel welcomed and appreciated. I've never had a bad experience with any employee and the owner, Cliff, is super friendly and always says hi. I will continue going to this store for all my shipping needs.

Folks sure like to complain when things aren’t perfect but won’t ever compliment. I know what I’m talking about here. I have had a private mailbox here for nearly three years. They see me twice a week. I have never seen anything but professionalism from these guys. Zero issues ever. I have mailed every manner of package from here and I can report 100% success. Stop complaining that you had to wait 30 minutes the week before Christmas and they didn’t give you a bright cheery smile. These guys work hard and always deliver (so to speak). A+ Keep doing what you’re doing.

Shipped from them recently, and there was an error in the shipping labels. The store was prompt, courteous, responsible while we discussed the error. Was very efficient in fixing the labels and was very patient with my many, many questions. Had a bumpy start, but very happy with my decision to use them for my shipping needs.

I've used their shipping services for several years now and I'm very satisfied. I have even used their private mailbox and was impressed by the premium service as well as speed and efficiency of it all. I had a positive experience with all their employees, and they've gone out of their way several times to assist me. I wish UPS Store franchises start accepting Account Numbers for shipping or offer free label printing for account holders which would be great for small businesses'.

Don't understand why this location gets < 4*. The manager, Candace, has always been friendly, pleasant, & professional with me. I personally witnessed her calmly explaining to a customer why the the store or UPS doesn't refund someone when sending cash! Last, we both make each other laugh every time I come in & she's there. Thanks again, Candace!

This is a great store with friendly, helpful staff. I usually ship items here, but today I went to FedEx at Coit/Campbell, where I was told they could not ship my box until I got a different box - literally I was told to leave. I went to UPS and I was told that not only would they ship my box, they'd package it in a new box for me. This UPS location has already had great customer service, but they made me extra happy today. I won't ship my boxes with anyone else from now on!

Friendly service, very fast.

I usually go here to handle my Amazon returns which is as simple as sending in the shipping label via email to print at the store and they properly tape up my package and the label in a clear plastic.

I came here once to send in a personal item and pricing was reasonable for the distance and arrived when it was supposed to.

Had a great experience here! Staff is very friendly. Sometimes it takes an issue to appreciate how good they are, though, and Candace Barbin came through to save the day! She kept me informed throughout the process and everything worked out in the end. Can't thank her enough! :)

I love this place! There’s a different UPS a little closer to my house, but I don’t mind driving further to visit this location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I can always expect great service, and a laugh or two with the staff. As a frequent and satisfied customer, I highly recommend this UPS store!

I just got GREAT service from Chris when shipping an oversized group of items. He was able to consolidate the items into a single shipment, modify the box to get it below the "oversized" category (saving me a lot of money) and pack it securely with a combination of bubble wrap and peanuts. I'll be back.

The owner, Cliff, is so nice. He sat on the phone for God knows how long to help me with an international shipping situation. Thankful for good, helpful people in the world!
