Go- to cvs store. Convenient and employees are friendly. I don't use their pharmacy so can't comment on that

I came into CVS (7979 Belt Line Road, Dallas, TX) today to get my covid booster shot. I called in advance and asked if there was any way I could get my vaccine from the parking lot due to some mobility issues and I was taken aback by how kind and helpful everyone was. The nurse who administered my shot was so so great. I was honestly feeling a little embarrassed by my request and he made me feel so comfortable. For him to drop what he was doing and walk all the way to the parking lot for someone he doesn't even know and for something that isn't even in his job description speaks volumes on the kind of person and nurse he is. So grateful to him. I also spoke to a wonderful lady on the phone who works in the pharmacy.. I'm not sure what her name is and I really wish I would have asked. I think she may be the Pharmacy technician.. well she was also AMAZING! I must have called 3 times within the week to triple check that it would be okay if someone came outside to me to administer the shot, and not once did she sound anything but understanding. She was SO patient with me. I'm not sure if they know how much this all meant to me.. it may have seemed like a small gesture to them.. but it meant a lot to me. More than they will probably ever know. Kindness like they have shown me can go so far in this world. I'm just so grateful to have encountered the wonderful people working at this CVS Pharmacy! They are doing wonderful jobs and I hope they get a raise or paid time off. If it were up to me, they'd get both! Something to show that they are important and appreciated. Thank you so much!

The employees at this pharmacy are AMAZING. Had issues with other pharmacies being able to fill prescriptions immediately, and the pharmacist here contacted the other location, transferred our scripts and had them all filled in no time. This has happened repeatedly, and the pharmacists here save the day! Thank you to this Beltline/Coit CVS!!

Great service! I was looking for children’s Tylenol and it was my 4th place and this is the only one location I was able to find it.
Look for it under “baby food”

Love the new CVS. Super nice staff and the pharmacy is so fast. Brand new, it doesn’t get better than that. The staff is well trained for the location being so new. Appreciate the friendly smiles and great customer service.

Everyone was super-friendly. They identified when I needed help and left me alone when I was browsing. The staff was knowledgeable.
