Quality product and primarily customer relations. I have been searching for a paint color for remodel of my home. I visited both Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams. The service could not have been more pronounced. I was treated with courtesy and attention at SW and have returned several times. BM made me feel tolerated and I had lengthy wait when there was no one else but me in the store. Returned to SW yesterday and found my final paint selection. The service was excellent and I felt welcome. I will instruct the team of Salazar Painting to use SW product. They have used SW paint previously when a painting project was taking place here. Thank you for great service!!

I cannot say enough about this Sherwin Williams ... I was given a lot of bad advice at the paint department at Lowes. Ricardo has been an absolute Saint when it came to assisting me with my paint selection and trying to fix what I had already done... not to mention the great attitudes that everyone had at the store. I will always come back to Sherwin Williams for any paint projects in the future.

The staff is always extremely helpful, friendly, and not pushy at all. The saleswoman (whose name escapes me, unfortunately, because she was awesome!) even helped us pick colors when I was unsure and overall helped me figure out what I wanted to try.

I like many others am not a professional painter. We were undecisive on the color and had a few that were close. I picked one, only to get it home and use the brush only with the paint from the lid to paint a few spots and right away, I knew it was too light and not the color we wanted. I went back and bought the next color. At that point, Matt from Sherwinn Williams asked me how much I had used. I told him just a brush with paint from the lid. He told me he could turn that light color into the color I wanted for no charge. Great customer service in my book.

The follow up service is amazing. Helped me color match to custom color some paint I had bought previously. Very nice and very patient. They matched almost perfectly! Knew paint and paint colors.

The young man Caleb was very knowledgeable. I've never painted finger nails let alone a wall. He walked me and my wife thru what we needed and made the experience a fun one. Will definitely come back again.

While heading to work today boss pulls up and into the sherwin Williams store to collect items needed... I went inside for asst. Walking in the highlight of the week. The Customer Service given by ABEL was awsome Offered excellence in coutesy hospitality reason and purpose to our visit. I was vert pleased to hear a spanish speaking individual distribute such character within our visit.
