Jon Damon, the owner, Matt, the manager, and their entire team were absolutely INCREDIBLE! I took a bike there to be shipped across the country. Not only did they handle it all and make it super easy for me, Jon called me hours later to say he fit it into an even smaller box and wanted to refund me $150!! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful and really went out of their way to help me and save me money. I would give 10 stars if I could.

My husband and I both love the efficiency and friendliness of this store! All the employees are great here, but Matt is the best!

Amazon sent doubles and triples of an item, all of which needed to be returned. (Each with a separate scan code/method of return)
I arrived with about 15 returns. Matt and another male associate were very friendly and helpful and made sure everything got sorted.

Not very busy and was done with my business pretty quick.

I’ve rented a box at this store for three years. I use the box as my business address and receive numerous packages a week. My job also requires frequent international travel. The helpful staff receive and secure my packages, sometimes up to a dozen a week, and has never lost a package. The knowledgeable manager, Matt, assists me with an array of personal and professional issues from notarizing, printing, and binding documents. He is usually gathering my packages as soon as I pull into the parking lot. The staff is friendly and, when not busy, are always up for light banter. This store, manager Matt, and the entire staff provides me peace of mind and makes my job a little easier.

I went to the store on 8/7 before closing for a return package. However, I wasn't able to get the label based on the instructions given by the merchant. A sweet young guy helped me try to get it and call for a pickup... and finally notify me to contact the seller to generate a label before the scheduled UPS pick-up. Now the package has been successfully delivered and I received my refund. I love this store and the people who work here are all very friendly and giving me good services! BTW, this store' street number is same as mine.

I was looking for a UPS store for my drop offs after moving to Plano last summer. I have a business account, so I usually show up with a label, get a free box, and ship my stuff. Well, the store off of Independence and Parker told me they didn't give out free boxes, that I had to pay for them. This is false with my business and shipper.

Long story short, after arguing with the old man at that store, I called here. They assured me they knew what I was talking about and I have been getting my business account boxes and envelopes for free again.

In response to the other, older reviews: no problems here with the staff. They've actually been really nice and helpful ever since I called them after my altercation at the other store. I usually get the younger blond guy with a lot of energy. He does a good job packing my things to ensure they arrive unharmed.

We've been using this location for years, primarily for Amazon returns, and have always had a good experience. Although this location has become busier over time, especially now that the pandemic has forced so much more commerce online, the employees, and particularly the long term employes that we see over and over, have always been friendly and efficient.

I needed to send a really important document and I had a lot of questions about how to mail them. The man who helped me was very respectful and polite. I love the service over there. This is the place I'll go every time I need to mail something again. They were also playing good music at the store which helped while in line, so it is a plus lol.

Matt has been helping me for all my UPS shipments. And he has been running the business here at his best performance. Good to have you in the neighborhood

Matt was very helpful and got my package sent for the best price and when I called a couple of weeks later to see if package had been delivered he was able to pull it up and let me know exactly when and where. Was very pleased with service. Thank you Matt! Cindi Coats

Not sure why the past reviews are not good. Dropped off 19 packages today and the staff help me a lot.
Only thing the store needs is a door stop so people can deliver multiple packages on the dolly in one-time.

I have been going to this UPS store since they opened and I have never had a problem. Prefer this store over the post office any day!

Yes, pricey and never give you a break. But service is fast, convinient, and always accurate. I use them at least once per week. Most things arrive next day in midwest or two days to east coast.

Have had a mailbox here for a year or so now. Awesome customer service, these folks are friendly and hard working. Recommend for sure.
