We stopped for tacos after a nice round of disc golf, and these def hit the spot! Delicious, authentic tacos! Plus, there is lots of yummy Mexican candy in the store.

My boyfriend took me here to get tacos and I must say I’m impressed ! Love the service and the food is so good. Give you lots of food, no stinginess here! Fresh and lots of flavor!

I've been here several times. Favorite go to place for Menudo, Lengua, the Chili Rellenos are OK, and the Tamales are great.
Staff is friendly, and the establishment is clean, I'm glad they're apparent of the community.

Quick and easy shopping. Must be a happening place, lots of shoppers at the store when I went. Good prices. Only negative thing to say is, they need more registers.

Love this place so much! Their food joint is excellent, always fresh food and those tacos (I've had al pastor) are amazing. We also enjoy their chili rellenos, and gorditas. The store is great too with all kinds of fresh produce. Great selection of spices.

The bets warm tortillas around, salsa and quac also very good. Pretty close to what you would get in Mexico. They have a little bit of everything, meat counter, produce, fresh tacos. Great stuff here.

All the guys that work there are very friendly and you can feel the positive energy in this place. I like and love the food.

White girl here. I spent years in Mcallen, TX and fell in love with barbacoa in MX when I was bartending. La Tapatia is one of the very, VERY few places I have found where it's made just right. Dripping fat and all. AND this is our go-to place for ANY fajita meat! Yes, the parking sucks. Yes, the line can be long. But all the food is fantastic, and the staff is overboard friendly. I know just enough Spanish to get by but when there's a breakdown, I get 2 employees scrambling to find an English speaker to answer my question. So, all you non-Spanish speaking people craving authentic Mexican food, fear not.
