I stopped in to get a visa prepaid vanilla card and Brittany was so amazing. She made sure it was for someone I knew or trusted bcuz of ALL the scams (that presently) people are running (worldwide). She was so personable & it is so refreshing in a world that seemingly has stopped caring to have a good fellow human being go out of their way to provide excellent service to a
customer. Thank u Brittany, & to & CVS for employing great people that go above & beyond the job title they r hired to fuflill.

My go-to for any prescriptions or quick pick ups. They normally have what I need in stock, especially with first aid and over the counter medications. The coupon machine works smoothly, they have 2 self check out machines and there is always a friendly staff at the register or close by. I was also here for my covid tests at the pharmacy drive-thru. The pharmacy tech was informative and professional.

Never 5 stars unless every person is pleasant, helpful, and knows their area plus how to get help in another area if they can't. CVS has consistently been 5 stars for me for many years from kids toys to the pharmacy!

I’ve never had anything but great experiences at this location. The pharmacy is always extremely helpful and I’ve never waited long for a script or assistance.
I must give special thanks to Sylvester, who works the front of the store. This man is not only helpful and friendly, but probably one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I can go in, having a bad day, and leave with a smile. His amazing attitude is infectious and he’s a huge asset to CVS. If there’s an award for outstanding service, Sylvester is well deserving of it. Thank you and I will continue to give you my business. 😃

Yes it’s not always as quick as I would want but Comparatively of all the others around the area it’s way quicker and at least if they don’t have your Prescription they let you know immediately and you can have your doctor call it into another pharmacy. A different Cvs on Rosemead and old Denton didn’t inform me and when I asked them where is my other medication they said it’s on order it should be here in 7 days????? And that happened multiple times. So This CVS is a 9 out of 10 it’s faster than most and much more reliable and the staff I think are Lovely and very helpful.

I have been going to CVS for years because of their exceptional customer service. Including the Pharmacy.

Store associate Brittany has the customer service aspect down. Friendly, positive and informative. Great experience today!!
