Great establishment of Walmart Supercenter. Wide and huge selection of the products in the location. The store interior looked very bright and clean; it’s spacious and very good for shopping around here. The restroom was clean, too.

Clean. Never seems super busy so getting around quickly is fairly easy. Also, they had heart shaped pasta which was so cute.

Best place to shop for all products under one roof for better price and quality. People who work might have to be more friendly and helpful. Other than that, all good.

First time coming to this Walmart and I must say, I really liked it!!! Tons of pretty stuff that I don't see at the other stores I usually go to. Everything was nice and clean, and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Made an appointment for an oil change for 7am (as they opened). Lee was very helpful and got me in. She also helpfully pointed out my tire tread was low, and I shouldn’t get a tire rotation but replace the tires at my next oil change. Saved me $20 to put towards the new set of tires!

This super Walmart has recently been upgraded/renovated so now it provides a much better customer experience. It's clean and usually not too crowded.

Besides groceries, clothing, electronics, children and auto sections; there's a pharmacy, bank, vision centre, nail salon, money centre, a Mediterranean style restaurant (yet to be opened), pet shop (not yet open either).

They also have a big pickup parking area on the south side.

Greet you when you come in and leave. They have very helpful staff all around the store. Very friendly and store had a lot of 75% off items

Being a Walmart, the title says it all 😅. However, it's worth noting that the shelves are generally well organized, offering a good variety of options. The employees are friendly, making shopping in this store a potentially enjoyable experience.

I want to commend an employee Jerry and retired veteran employee of Walmart Supercenter recently remodeled on Central Expy, Plano TX. I also asked for his store manager, Donte. I was a little lost after the remodeling of the store. The store looks great and has lots of sales. I couldn't reach some space storage on sale. Jerry was passing by and offered to assist me and direct me to where various items were moved to. Jerry stayed with me until I was satisfied. The customer service of Jerry literally caused me to spend $168.00. I ordered quite a few items on Amazon. The same items up the street from my at Walmart for 1 to 2 dollars less. I bought bathroom rugs, fixtures, a living room rug, a small runner, a shower curtain liner, and three storage containers. I am upgrading. I wish they sold shower curtains and liner under "70 and 70 inches. I have a super small bathroom with lower walls. That's the way the one bedroom apart came. The manager, Donte, was very happy to commend Jerry as well. This was April 21, 2023. I apologize for taking so long to write my review.

The Walmart Supercenter Vision Center has provided my family with quality glasses for the last 5 years. The selection and price is perfect for our income. The employees are knowledgeable and eager to help.

Very nice store, convenient hours, they are always open, even when everything will be closed, you know walmart will be open. I love the grocery here, nice, fresh, organic options that are not expensive, I love this. The bread is freshly baked and yummy. You can find everything in this 1 store, fresh fuits, vegetables, grocery, jelly, bread, clothes and everything. I find this very helpful especially with kids you cannot drive to different places for different things. Kids snacks are good price too. Summer fruit punch ,lemonades are very tasty. I like to buy clothes that are on sale, you get them in good price. Many options to pick from when it comes to cosmetics, over all good experience.

Always great prices and good products .

No demerits as far as big box outlets go...

We go to this Walmart every week and have gotten to know the people working here very well. The people that stock the bakery items have always gone out of their way to help us. And Joe went above and beyond to help us find the right bread for my child!

Friendly staff. Products are well organized and stocked when I visited. You will usually find what you need at Walmart.

Walmart is clean, and the associate on Spring Creek and Central Express isn't so helpful. They have merchandise all over the place, prices confusing. Products and prices don't match in the wrong places. I asked about an air mattress a female associate told me it was in sports, well the camping type. I literally asked for Bestway air mattress. I had to return something the next day. I went towards rugs and shower curtains and saw on a aisle in thar area with a lots of Bestway air mattress, and I had already gotten another brand. The associates were loud as,in the lunchroom out on the floor having a good time amongst themselves.

Clean with everything you could ever want.
Downside rather bizarre process checking out and time consuming but helpful staff

The cart's wheel did not work. So I went to change cart. Forward about 10 min. Wife starts to look for phone.So stupid me was not paying attention.
My wife had put her phone and book in the cart. Went to manager to see if we could look at camera and find out who took phone. He said he had found phone and had it. Great manager walking around and checking his store. Thank you Derrick.
So as we were self checking out. A young lady came in and was frantically looking for something. Walked up to the attendant and asked if anyone found any money. The attendant (Noha) pulled the money out of her pocket wrapped in the receipt. Asked the lady what was on the receipt. The lady was so happy. Will have to drive the extra distance more often.
