1) Efficient - In-and-out in under 5 minutes
2) Clean
3) Friendly
4) Competent

This store like all the others I've been in far exceeds that. Keep doing great UPS stores. I ALWAYS look for the option to use you when I need to return something from Amazon.

This is our go-to UPS store! They provide quality services such as easy and quick Amazon returns, walk-in Notary, and high-quality, affordable print services. The manager and staff are kind, patient, and excellent at their customer service. I Highly recommend this store!

Store is very clean, Employees were very nice helpful and professional. She was very Welcoming and got me in and out fast. i was completing 2 prints offs and a notary. took no more than 5-7 mins. i am very satisfied with the service

Good service while helping me with my return. They have shredding to so I went back to my car and got my documents to shred and got all my stuff done at once. 5 stars for the ups store. They have notary 7 days a week too!!!

I recently visited this UPS Store and was impressed with the level of service I received. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to ensure that my package was shipped quickly and securely. The store was clean and well-organized, with a wide range of shipping supplies available for purchase.

What really stood out to me, though, was the convenience of the location. The store was easy to find, with plenty of parking available, and the hours were convenient for my busy schedule. We have had our tshirts, banners, pamphlets, copies, bound books spiral books made at the Wylie location for over 2 years now. I am just posting this review. The staff here is attentive knowledgeable and friendly. Everything is always on time and done exactly per request. It’s never so easy to deal with businesses these days and I am thrilled to come to this location just because of the excellent attitude of workers and quality of work. We will bring our business always to this location.
