Kroger Marketplace

Jun 2018: This place is clean and always very helpful. The people are helpful and I love the size of this place. They have 2 lanes (with 5 a side) of self checkout and they have tap-to-pay so I was able to use my phone.

This is one of the big Krogers with the groceries and department store. Nice and clean. Very big and friendly staff. Two different people saw me lost (LOL, I think I looked lost) and asked if I needed help then they walked me all the way to the aisle I needed.

Kroger is amazing. I usually use their delivery service and its spot on. If i didnt like an item delivered, it is promptly refunded. This is our go to place for groceries.

Had a very pleasant experience at self checkout with Heather. She resolved my 5 for 5 issue quickly & with a smile. Which was the opposite of my episode 2 weeks ago with Celia who was combative & nasty from the start. She could have resolved my issue with 5 for 5 easily. But it was far more important to her to go out of her way to be belligerent & hateful. It was my worst experience at Kroger ever!

KIM the pharmacist delivers awesome CS! She got my Fabb medication in less than 2 hours! She got it transferred from CVS in Wylie (which I have been trying to get since September and was on back order..so gave up) Kim had no problem getting it and was super nice!!! I like that the pharmacist actually talk to you on the phone so you can explain what's wrong (not able to get meds) . She is really caring! Thank you

Great selection and friendly staff. Major bonus-Discovered the BEST seasoning, dry rubs EVER! Must try them. I’ve ordered their products online for years! Now just a drive away! <3

Big store lots of variety, love shopping here but wish the staff were more attentive. Overall the store is beautiful and the staff is very friendly!!

I absolutely love Kroger Marketplace as they have a lot of different items especially having both gluten free foods and non dairy food. I love shopping there.

Love the associate named Precious… she made my shopping trip (which is normally riddled with anxiety) extremely enjoyable. Hold on to her, or give her a bonus or something. This woman treats everyone with respect and adds a light and fun energy to your establishment.

This is my go to grocery store. They have the best selection and I love the app because it really does help you save. They are always stocked up well and the deli is amazing. Very clean store, and the food is always fresh.

We always shop at this kroger. They have an amazing assortment of cheeses, fresh sushi and poke daily, a large selection of clothing, and you can get wine and starbucks. They have possibly the best wine selection of any grocer. Use the kroger app to take advantage of deals and coupons added daily.

Great fresh produce with some good prices too!

I was in the bakery area at the Kroger in Wylie, TX today. I was trying to find some brownies with a special frosting that I have been hunting for a while. Maria in the bakery asked me if I needed any help. I explained what I wanted to her. Maria then went behind the counter, did some quick work, and handed me exactly what I was looking for. This makes my day as I have been trying to find this item for weeks. Thank you, Maria! I'll will definitely be back soon!

The place is always clean and most of the workers are friendly. The prices could be better but I would rather pay a little more here than go to Walmart. It’s either that Walmart hires the worst people or they bring the worst in them.

The produce section in the Wylie store has never looked better! You can thank employee Denise W. for that! This Kroger store has been in need for improvements in its shopping experience for quite a while, so it’s great to see that hiring the right people is making a difference.

Wow! I visited for the first time today and was amazed! I had no idea Kroger had a Marketplace! I was ecstatic as Kroger is where I usually shop but at a much smaller store. I'm happy to say this is my new store! Not only do they sell a great variety of produce the meat selection is fantastic. I had no idea they sold clothes and a variety of other things. I love it and I will spread the news!

This is my No.1 place to shop for groceries! They are always fully stocked and have an Awesome Team working here. I do my best at eating healthy so having my fruits/veggies fresh is important for me. I’m an every other day type of shopper; having a consistent and fresh inventory truly makes my day. Doesn’t matter if your a single mom working over 40hrs a week or a young fella running late with the snacks for that football game, it TRULY sucks having to make more than (1) stop for your grocery needs! With that said, THE TEAM at THIS Kroger’s location are on top of their game! I Always leave with a smile and what I went in for!!!

Just moved up here and am so thankful for the friendly and helpful service that I have consistently received at every visit. Tama, Rosa and Jules always are efficient when checking me out and bagging my groceries. They are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in you as they are expeditiously checking you out.

Even when the team members are shipping for an online order and you ask them for help, they aren’t bothered by the request and are willing to help!

One tip Tama gave me: Get the Kroger app for additional coupons that get automatically loaded to your account when you add the to the app. Genius!

I love this Kroger, it’s by far the biggest and nicest one I’ve ever been to. They have so much stuff other locations don’t, like clothes for example, and so much more. It’s amazing. And the employees I’ve talked to were really nice too.
