Best customer service

This store has become a secondary store to go to. Very friendly staff and a nice and clean store. Wish they would learn to keep items such as fountain drinks in stock. Cannot trust their inventory management.

Does not honor circle K coupons. States “ we don’t do corporate as we are a franchise “. Should look up franchisee agreements. Drove.5 miles to the next circle k. Ran into someone that was at this location. Apparently they refused his business as well . Lazy employees??? But helped his friend that keep chatting him up.

I had to put at least one star to be able to post. They deserve negative stars. This store is all about ripping you off. Avoid at all cost. Love Circle K!! But this one is ran by people who are not honoring the prices advertised in their store. They added 3 extra dollars to a 20 dollar total. Called the cashier out on it after asking for the receipt. The cashier opened up the register and gave me 3 dollars after showing the mark up. He did make sure to trash the receipt afterwards. This wasn't the first time. It was just the final straw. I am contacting corporate about this as well.

This place never has diesel fuel. I have tried to visit 4 separate occasions now because it's near my girlfriend's apartment. Every time I swipe my card,select diesel and when I go to pump nothing happens. They for some reason continue to update their prices and never indicate they are out of diesel fuel.

This circle K does not accept Circle K gift cards for whatever reason. My company uses prepaid gift cards for gas. Had a new 25$ card when I tried to pay at the pump it wouldn't accept the card and the cashier inside said they don't accept circle K gift cards there. Buyer beware for all I know this isn't actually a circle k and they just stole the sign from somewhere else

Very racist cashier (with an accent) ha! Apparently the cashier was watching me the entire time. When I got up to the register he asked me "how much gas?" I told him that I would tell him once I paid for the other items. My total for 2 candy bars was $4.51 so In told him $24.49. He said "very good" as if an adult shouldn't know basic math. When I got to the car I realized he had grossly overcharged me for my items. Instead of going back in to interact with someone so blatantly ignorant, I decided to just leave this review and contact their corporate office. The best way to deal with racism and unethical business practices is to never do business with them and encourage others not to as well. Good interaction occurred on 9.21.18 at approximately 5:25pm CST. Whomever was working that shift will run this place out of business.

Bad customer service seemed to me cashier sarah was to busy having a personal convo. With this man speaking thier language which I didn't mind just how she was in a rush to get back to the convo made me get mad since she didnt take time expalin they dont have the kroger fuel points
