AT&T Store

Bhinti, Aaron, Desmond, and Ari made the process of getting a new phone so easy for me. This was such a daunting task prior to my arrival, but with the help of the staff, I was able to get this done so quickly. Not only did they advise me on which phone would best suit my needs, but they also helped me transfer all my data to my new phone. They also set me up with the most protective case. They explained MagSafe and showed me all the ways I could use it. They also put my screen protector on for me which I never would have been able to successfully do myself. I am very appreciative of the wonderful employees at this location. Thank you Church St. AT&T!!

Our Store Rep was very professional, attentive, and patient. She was the only rep in the store at the time of my visit but she remained calm and told each individual she'd be with them ASAP. Once it was my turn, she took her time to assist me and answer all my questions. Although there were others waiting she focused solely on me and my service which helped me finish my transaction completely so she could move on to the next customer. Overall, great experience.

Our family (of 5 phones) has consistently chosen this store to do our AT&T business. We recently updated 2 phones within a 2-week period. The staff was exceptional both times. Their calm, friendly, understanding demeanor helped soothe even the most frustrated, impatient customer.

Even in a busy, crowded store, DeVon made us feel that we had her full attention, yet managed to to reassure the waiting customers with kind and patient words.

Terrell made my phone upgrade an easy, pleasant process. He even changed up the store music to something the waiting customers all liked.

Both times we were there, I saw Jennifer step in and support her team, greet all the waiting customers, and check in with staff and customers to see how they were doing, all while taking care of whatever and whoever was in front of her.

I will continue to give them my business, and recommend them to others.

I went in to upgrade my phone and had NO IDEA what I was doing. Terrell, Jennifer and Devon were so patient with me and incredibly thorough. Further, they were so kind and cool, and talked me through everything. They treated me like family and the whole experience was a blessing. I will be coming here for all of my AT&T needs in the future and would highly recommend to all!

I went in because my phone was acting crazy! I called Morgan before I came and from that first phone call to me coming in to get service, she was amazing. Morgan helped me understand everything I was paying for, and the real benefits of AT&T. The set up was super quick and easy, and Morgan was so nice and personable the entire time. Will be back to add my mom next week, and I’m only working with Morgan!! Awesome service

Shemar was very personal, professional, and well experienced. I need help with my phone and my son was out of town so I AT&T and he greeted me at the door with a warm welcome. I am not that knowledgeable about things coming to technology but he educated me on the things o need. Thank you so much he is awesome.

Usually I will handle anything over the phone but I’m glad I decided to come in person . DeVon was the best !! I recently bought a new Samsung phone. Jahlik was excellent in customer service. I let him know what my budget was and he was on point with a phone within budget , with instructions I could understand. He was respectful, attentive to details and patient to make sure that I had what I needed. He was not ready for me to pay and leave until I was ready. .great experience .
