Stay as far you can from that company. They hire people that do not know how to do flooring. I have first floor replace after not even 5 years due to big gaps between. My current floor is 3 years old and look like that. I was trying to replace on my own but after having three quotes from specialists I was informed that the floor was not put properly ( they damage during installation hitting to hard ) and I should go after the company. When I called almost year ago when everything started they try to blame the flooring company ( the same was with first floor). Save your money and stay away from them.

Our company hired Sherwin-Williams Floorcovering to install carpet in our commercial business. The installation was unprofessional with carpet seams visible in multiple locations. Repeated attempts to resolve the issue were unsuccessful. We ended up having to hire another company to repair the carpet at our own expense.

Ill just give you the facts of my experience and leave you to judge. This company came in to replace my carpet in my apt complex. Replaced the carpet with different carpet than my other rooms so now I have mismatched colors and textures. Replaced the replica wood tile with different color and texture than the rest of the apt. Broke my tv stand when moving it, broke my internet modem, broke the door to my laundry, pushed everything next to my sink into the water ruining my key fab. When contacted about the issues they stated they would not take responsibility but they would write a check for the tv stand. I sent a link with the price it was currently going for (240) and how much I paid (250). They wrote me a check for 223 dollars. I'll let you decided if you want this company in your home.

Did not meet their set appointment for our flooring needs. Were not apologetic for missing their appointment and did not care for a moment that they had strung us along for a week. UnProfessional service department at best.

Horrible customer service. Nick is rude and unhelpful. They won't answer the phone let alone schedule you for floors.
