The UPS Store

This review is long overdue. I’m not currently a frequent shipper, but over the last 10 years of living here, I’ve used this store for 95% of my shipping needs. Typically it’s an Amazon return — when the seller allows packaging & shipping included, the employees and/or owner have never failed to handle everything professionally. When I need to package a return, I do. On rare occasions I pay to have them do everything for me when I’m too busy or don’t have the right size box. One year I shipped over a hundred 38 lb boxes which were all pre-labeled and dropped off and they never complained! And the gal that’s been there for years even got the door for me once because she wasn’t busy helping customers. Once I had 5 of those heavy boxes and was grateful to discover they had a cart for me to use. My most frequent boxes have been family gifts and all the previous addresses are automatically pulled up when they enter my number. As a smaller store, they don’t have a “drop off” location for pre-printed labeled shipments and I understand why — several months ago I accidentally took one of my husband’s pre-printed overnight envelopes which should have gone to a different carrier and they spotted it immediately.
The staff here are hard working and really know what they’re doing. Unfortunately I’ve witnessed them being treated rudely by customers but they’ve always responded professionally. A few of the poor reviews here spell out why some customers have been frustrated and it’s nice they’ve replied to clarify and have video to review if needed.

The service is great for what they have do deal with. The line goes fast if you have your shipment in order.

Went on maps to look at their Saturday hours and noticed the negative reviews! I have shipped many prepaid boxes but also full service as well and I have never personally encountered rude behavior toward myself or anyone else in the store. The behavior of the staff here is always friendly, helpful and courteous. I have been charged for taping of boxes (when I have neglected to do so) and have no issue paying to have them do it as opposed to taking it back home only to have to return once I’ve taped it-definitely seems more cost effective to have them do it (I screwed up so…)!

I have been using this store for shipping since I work near by and have had wonderful experience with the staff. Very friendly and informative.

Staff here are always patient & kind. I’m never made to feel rushed. Store is small, but sure runs efficiently!

This is by far the best UPS location I have ever used. Matt and staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. I have watched them deal with difficult customers and situations, they have always done so with professionalism. I am very happy to call this store my home location!!

Had to get some things notarized and sent overnight. The staff could not have been anymore helpful and friendly. The man with the mustache helped me make sure all my pages were correctly signed and even offered to make copies before I sent off. Hard to find this level of personal service these days.

I have had over two dozen interactions with the employees and their respective services over the last three years. ALWAYS A SMILE, ALWAYS EXPEDIENT AND EVEN IN THEIR BUSYNESS, DO AN EFFICIENT, THOROUGH JOB. THERE ARE MANY SENIOR FOLKS IN THIS AREA AND THEY TREAT US WELL!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Wow! What great customer service. When our father passed away and in the time of Covid, this store went over and beyond shipping some large items. The tall man working there was extremely helpful. Their willingness to go the extra mile and help with solutions for packing up treasures mementos will always be remembered.

The staff of this UPS store is top notch. Without exception on each of my visits, they have been cheerful, patient, and professional. It is refreshing to be greeted with a smile and a sincere desire to assist! Thank you.

Came here to ship my old skis back north. The owner was super helpful in getting it done as soon as possible! Currently I am cleaning out my garage and selling old belongings - I’ll definitely be coming back.

Quick and easy service at this store. Glad to support local owners/business. Store is more than willing to work with high volume during their busy hours/seasons!

This is a great place to mail items, even at Christmas time. They are courteous, friendly and reasonably priced. The UPS tracking is always accurate. I would highly recommend this UPS store for your shipping and mailing needs.

I just read a lot of weird\kinda negative reviews about this store and the people who work there. They are great and I think those who didn't like something about them are fubar. Just sayin'
