Wonderful experience! The sales experience with Justin was superb. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction—helping to get everything I needed. Shanna is an excellent communicator making the ordering and delivery process top notch. And the delivery men were amazing! They were courteous, hardworking, and thorough! They have a great selection and great prices. Their sales associates are very helpful, and their finance plan is good. Their normal finance period is for 12 months interest free.

Good quality furniture! Greeted as soon as you entered the door. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the quality of the furniture. We were very pleased with the service and the pieces of furniture that we purchased.

Very nice,helpful young Sales lady. Lots of merchandise to sit on,to try out before we brought. Lots of different styles,colors and prices. Was not our first time there and will not be our last .

I was surprised to see a less than perfect score for the Furniture Shoppe in Henagar,Al...we have bought a number of items there over the years and the buying experience has always been great...now I’ll go back to searching for an oak table at the Furn. Shoppe.
