AT&T Store

We had an issue with our FirstNet service and upgrading to a new phone. Long story short Eddie was the employee when we came in for what we thought was an easy transaction. Turned out it kept him 1 hour past closing. He was so kind and offering his number to help resolve it the next day. He never once made us feel rushed or appeared annoyed (although he had to be)! While we weren't able to fix our issue that night Eddie went above and beyond to help us! Give him a raise!!!

I stopped in to purchase a new phone. I was helped by Rudy. He was so pleasant to work with. He kindly answered all my questions (and I had a lot because it was my first time purchasing a phone on my own) he’s definitely the ideal person you would want to deal with when buying something. Extremely helpful and Knowledgeable.

I cannot rate this ATT store highly enough. I had a terrible experience at the Att in Weymouth. To cut a long story short i went to the Weymouth ATT on main street and have never been treated as rudely by the staff. They had no clue at what they were doing. I bought the iPhone 15 and they did not do the transfer right and proceeded to tell me to go to the Apple store. When i asked to speak to a manager the manager she said thats me and you can leave. The following day i went to the Walpole ATT and Daniel fixed the issue very quickly and professionally and said there was absolutely no need to go to the Apple Store. Going forward all of our phones will be brought here. The staff are competent and very well trained. Thanks again Daniel, you were a life saver !!

The young salesman tried to upsell me on a new phone and a more expensive data plan but he understood I was just there to pay off my current phone and when he couldn’t keep my plan at the current price he agreed I should just keep the plan I have.

I went there yesterday after not having a good experience at another AT&T store and Daniel and Sarah were great! I was in and out in 10 minutes which the other store said would take hours. Thank you!

SAM! You’re an angel! I brought my mother to this location 2 times because her phone and tablet were giving her issues (coupled with her lack of electronics knowledge). Sam was so patient and helpful I can’t describe how much I appreciate her help! It’s hard to find customer service like that anymore. A million thanks!

I was hesitant at first to come into the store because of the last review but I'm so glad I did Melissa was absolutely wonderful. She explained all of my options and I ended up getting a phone I absolutely love!!! The other idiot just had a really bad day and took it out on poor Melissa. Everyone come to this store she's totally worth it!! You will leave completely satisfied!!

I stopped into the AT&T store in a spur of the moment on a Saturday and was acknowledged right away. “Sam” helped me with something very simple,she was knowledgeable, friendly and got me out of the store and back to doing my errands. Thank you Sam.

We had the best experience at this store! We came in with a Functioning yet ratchet phone and left with a brand new phone, Apple Watch, and all the accessories to make sure the phone stayed in great condition. The staff was friendly, educated, and made the experience so pleasant! Highly Recommend!!!

Went into the store for my upgrade and Sarah made it so easy! Explained everything and made sure I knew what I was getting. Super nice and professional, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Sarah is the best manager! Ask for Sarah or Daniel. They have the best customer service. Plus i miss Sam who now runs the North Easton store 😉

Switched my line from boost to AT&T and I’m delighted to say that I’ve never had amazing service like when I went to the Walpole store. The manager was very knowledgeable about the latest technology and the current plans AT&T had to offer. Certainly won’t be my last time coming back to this store.

Went in yesterday to transition from android to a i phone. Sarah was amazing! she was so patient with my family and I. I was so scared to switch over, she showed me and i walked out like a pro.

Great experience today...after an interesting back and forth between Verizon and AT&T re:porting a number, Salma at this location was able to finally get me fully moved over. She's a great resource, willing to be creative to help solve a challenge. Two thumbs up!

I had a terrible issue with Att where a rep screwed up the account. The store manager Melissa went above and beyond to help me. She exerted true customer and I will always come back to the ART store and work with Melissa.

I came into the store a few days ago to ask for prices because I wanted to switch from Verizon. Melissa greeted me right from the start and she was so nice!! Gave me great prices and I’m now with att. Best service I ever had with her.

Shaneyka is a star. Actually 5 stars. She went above and beyond to help me,
and others who were in the store at the same time, she can multi task
with the best of them. As long as she is there, there is no other place

I went in today for the 1st time at this location, it will not be my last and I will let many others know about this location. Roman has to be one of the most patient, kind and knowledgeable sales person I've ever met. He was by himself and at one point there were 4 people who walked in within 5 minutes of each other and he never got frazzled . He immediately said hello , I will be with you in a few moments. I will be telling everyone i know about the East Walpole location. Roman needs to be your spokes person or a trainer or perhaps even get a raise!
