AT&T Store

Please give AT&T store rep. James H. recognition to his exemplary customer service! He was very professional and attentive especially during a Saturday rush. The store was also short staffed, but he was able to maintain composure and took care of all the customers flawlessly from what I can tell.

Went to upgrade my i phone from an 11 to 15. Was greeted instantly. No wait at all. Customer service by James and Jade were impeccable. I asked James so many questions and he made sure I understood everything. Jade helped with my trade in and other questions I had. Appreciate their help.

Our rep was amazing. We wish I could remember his name because he deserves a raise. He sorted out an issue that was previously told to us wouldn't be able to be handle on site. This made things smooth, quick and great. I even bought a more expensive phone just because he was SO helpful and got us in and out with ease.

I drove from Sherman based solely on the great reviews and was so glad for it. My sales consultant was incredible. He worked very hard to solve an issue that was causing lots of anxiety. Management gave amazing support throughout the entire process as well. Going to be doing all my AT&T business right there at y’all’s spot. Thank you guys so much for everything!

I’m very impressed with the service that I received. I switched 13 of my phones (business lines) from Verizon to AT&T due to the signal issues. Jonathan (Mgr) and Morgan (sales rep) helped me migrate all the phone lines over to AT&T from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm ( 4 hours) on a Friday night (Note that the store closed at 7:00 pm). I’m impressed with their dedication to get the job done and the service oriented mind. If you need the service, I recommend to visit this location.

I came into this store location for help a couple months ago because they initially helped me upgrade my iphone. However, they did not have the color I wanted in store so they placed an order for the new phone to be shipped to my house. When the new phone finally shipped to me (3 months later) the iphone security tape on the iphone box was broken and the iphone box had very clearly already been open and tampered with. As such, I immediately drove to this location for help with the issue. I was greeted by the store manager, Will (William) and the quality of his customer service was absolutely outstanding. He was so incredibly helpful and understanding in a time when I was so disappointed that I first of all, waited 3 months for my new phone to come in, and second that when it finally came in the box was already opened. His customer service abilities were so wonderful that I immediately felt at ease and much less stressed about the situation. I quickly trusted in his ability to help me solve this frustrating issue and for the first time I thought "wow, this is the best experience I have ever had in a situation like this. The customer service of ATT will keep me as a customer for life.
This is incredible. I am so glad I am with ATT." And this was all due solely to the efforts provided by Will. I even called my husband as soon as I could to tell him about the great experience and said "I will never go to another location. This guy here is the best!" It honestly turned my bad day into a good day by the time I walked out of the store. William definitely deserves some recognition for the outstanding quality customer service that he provides. Your company is extremely lucky to have a store manager like him and I hope he receives proper recognition. Thank you so much for the stress free customer service to solve a frustrating issue. I have since heard that Will has moved locations - to the Lucas location - and I will honestly drive to Lucas just because he was so wonderful to work with. Thank you again!

My mom and I went to go look for a new phone for herself yesterday,(she has had the iPhone 6 and it was absolutely time for her to get a new one), and the manger Hugh helped us. He was absolutely FANTASTIC! I even ended up getting a new phone as well with his help. He went through every single detail and answered every question we asked with a positive attitude. He was extremely patient and kind, but most importantly very real, unlike a lot of salesmen who try to get you to buy things you really don’t need.The staff was extremely friendly as well. I have been to a lot of AT&T locations and this one was by FAR the best. I highly recommend coming here if you need any help! 10 out of 10 experience!! 👏🏻

Our experience with Caleb at this ATT location was flawless. Best experience I've had doing this kind of business yet. He was very detailed in explaining every aspect of our purchase and very patient with an older person (my mother)! We were pleased with the entire transaction, but I do want to say, we were very pleased that we were not hassled one bit about our choice to enter the store without masks. Thank you for being face-friendly, and thank you for the excellent customer service.

My husband and I went in to purchase new phones after 4-5 years of having the same ones. We weren’t really sure what to get. Jonathan couldn’t have been more patient with us answering questions and guiding us through the process. We can’t recommend him and AT&T enough! Morgan was in his last day of training and also assisted us. We can tell he will be an asset to the store as well!

I am so impressed with the excellent customer service I received today. Blake went above and beyond to help me find a suitable upgrade for my dead phone. He exhausted several options to resurrect my phone and to get my contacts transferred. The store manager, Hugh was readily available to assist and offer suggestions. I also observed other reps helping customers and they too seemed qualified in assisting customers. Again, I give this new location my highest respect for customer service and product knowledge. 😊😊😊

This store made the process of getting a new phone a breeze, the way it should be. But sometimes you walk into a store and it’s just terrible service and you may as well be invisible. Not at this store. We instantly felt welcomed with such genuinely great customer service from both gentlemen working that day. We had the pleasure of working with Hugh, who was outstanding in his customer service, knowledge, and kindness. He was quick in getting things done, but with care and making sure we had all our questions answered and felt comfortable and fully informed. It was just such a refreshing experience and I an so happy we chose this location. Hugh was excellent!

Kevin brought me in, Blake finished up the deal. Honestly the smoothest experience I have ever had with a phone company. They switched me over from T-Mobile(which is an awful company), and the process was quick, easy, and they saved me money. Walked out with a brand new iPhone 12 pro max, the new Apple Watch, and 4 accessories for cheaper than I was paying just for a phone with T-Mobile. I can’t say enough good things about this staff, and Kevin and Blake really made it the best it could possibly be. Anytime I have an issue, I’m definitely coming to them.

Hugh was amazing!!! Very patient with me and my wife. He helped us set up a phone for my
Daughter, and couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. We had no idea which direction to go, and he made it very easy for us to make a decision. Such a great guy, and a huge reason we would recommend this store to friends and family.

This brand new store is amazing and the customer service is top quality. If you are in need of anything AT&T I highly suggest stopping in!

My experience was awesome... Kevin took great care of me. I came in today to purchase my 1st Apple Watch.. Although I was very nervous about not understanding how to correctly use it Kevin put my mind at ease and showed me step by step on what to do. He also assisted me in qualifying for other discounts as well. If I could give more stars for my experience today I certainly would!! Kudos to Kevin.. Thanks for all your help!!

**update - have been back to the store 2 more times to clear up some issues with my phone, and Caleb even looked at my computer! Nicest guy ever!

Me and my wife had a great experience with Jon. He helped us switch over our phone plan from sprint and it was a very smooth transaction. He explained everything he was doing to get us the best deal on the plan and our new phones and it didn’t take much time at all to get everything switched over. We are very happy we stopped in and made the switch
