This is a very well stocked Kroger
The employees are always so nice. I love the folks they have working grocery pickup
They are always fast and friendly.

I am always excited to see what flowers are available at the low cost of $5 and up. I stopped in today to see the deals in each department. The steaks were fresh, and the freezer isle always has an easy side items. Also, A special thank you for the best cup cake.

I want to specifically thank KB, manager for the pickup department.

I scheduled an Instacart pickup. When I was on my way I had a family emergency come up, and couldn’t pick up the groceries. I called Kroger and they kindly offered to keep the order until the next day, closing the order on Instacart so it wouldn’t be cancelled.

When I came to Kroger to pick up the order (went inside to make it easier) KB personally met me and took care of bringing it to me. When he was putting it in a cart, he noticed a bag of cold items was put on the unrefrigerated shelf by the Instacart shopper. He told me he’d take care of it, and he walked through the store quickly and replaced the spoiled items.

He did all of this with a smile and amazing spirit. This wasn’t his problem (it was an Instacart order), the cold items spoiling wasn’t his or his team’s fault, and he did not have to be so friendly early on a Sunday morning. But it was on of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. KB is a credit to this store, and a great guy.

This is my go-to Kroger! I’m in here at least twice a week and always have a great experience. Digital coupons, the specials and the 4X gas points are all great reasons, plus the always friendly employees and what I call a “small town” atmosphere are what keep bringing me back.

I’m submitting a review today because yesterday, Friday 15 Sep, while I was shopping I dropped my billfold with my IDs and debit/credit cards. I didn’t realize it until 30 minutes later but when I called I discovered that Merlene, who works at the self help registers had found it, tried to find me in the parking lot but couldn’t, so held it for me. What a relief when I called. This is the high caliber of employee this Kroger has. Thanks Merlene!!

I'm giving five stars for grocery pick-up. As a partially disabled senior this has been a pain and time saver as I struggle with in-store shopping, loading and unloading carts, and into my car. It's prompt, efficient, and with friendly customer service too. And Kroger prices and products are also consumer friendly especially with the cost of groceries now.

I like this Kroger as it's in a good neighborhood. The staff is friendly, and they have a good selection of products.

The bakery here is amazing! The ladies are so sweet and helpful

I love getting gas here! Denis always puts a smile on my face. She is so uplifting and very good at her job.

The staff are always so egar to help me find something, even if they don't know. It's always fresh and clean.

Pedro in the Bakery Department was a huge help last week and got us the red velvet cake we needed! This saved us a lot of time from running around to other stores looking for a last-minute birthday cake with specific ingredients. Thanks Pedro!

Marlene is an angel. She always says hello to our kids when we shop & helped me checkout when I was sick and not able to carry everything plus push the stroller. It's people like her that make us love Kroger. Thank you!!

I've always been impressed by this Kroger. I purposely drive a little further from home to shop here. The lady at self checkout is always so friendly and helpful. The gentleman from produce will go out of his way to get me vegetables I need that are still in crates.

But today's shout out is for Ms. Shelita at customer service. They have been understaffed recently and didn't have anyone to help with money transfers at the time I came in. Ms. Shelita went out of her way to help me send money to my family members abroad. She did her job carefully and efficiently and with a smile. I don't think my family could have waited any longer for monetary assistance, so I am extremely grateful for the time Ms. Shelita took to help me, despite her already busy schedule.

I needed a baby girl floral arrangement today and had to have it in less than two hours. The floral arrangement was beautiful! The customer service was outstanding. The associate did an excellent job and she was so helpful in making this arrangement quite special.

I shop mostly at Kroger because of their decision to work with local food banks and allowing me to 'round up' each purchase to do my part. This location is older than most, but clean and well maintained.

I've always enjoyed going to this Kroger whenever I'm visiting Frisco. They have a wide variety of produce and everything else that you might want! Nice people and clean!

Cleanest Kroger I’ve been too and everything is priced accurately. I never have any issues here.
