Lovely place for the kids they have very good quality bags clothes and all stuff related to kids my kids loved it but always empty my pocket as well lol they have very good offers online and I think those should be same at the stores as well

Super amazing! Due to the pandemic, we had to wait to go in but of course, that is our new normal 👎 But even with that, the Disney store made our experience EXCELLENT! EVERYBODY was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products and prices! I didn't see a single item out of place! This was my first visit here and I will definitely be coming back! Keep up the great work, Disney store! #TwoThumbsUp 👍👍❣

I love Disney anything so I always make it a point to stop in any Disney store I see. Almost ALL if not ALL of the stores I have gone on are as magical as expected. This location was clean, organized, and the cast members working were friendly and welcoming. They were helpful when we needed a price checked and were super informative about any questions regarding products. Always feel valued as a customer here. I also saw them making the shopping experience magical for the kids in the store which is a great sight to see too!

There was a super amazing employee here that helped my sister and myself, she was so bubbly and friendly. I wish I remembered her name to properly recognize her, but she did tell us that she dressed up as Edna Mode for Halloween, so I hope that helps identify her!! She took the time to make sure we located all the enamel pins in the store because I said I wa red to collect some, and she was so enthusiastic, even though we were both adults! I can't even imagine how amazing she is with the kids that visit!!

Great store and the employees are very friendly and joyful. They no longer have plastic bags but the reusable bags are beautiful. Small bag was .69 Medium bag .99 and the large bag was if I'm not mistaken $2 but they are great sturdy designed with Disney characters.

Very helpful employees and if you have a chase Disney debit card and you use it to pay you get an extra 10% off so what's better then savings money. But their sales tags always seem to be in the wrong spots and they don't honor the mistakes even though you can tell an employee did it and not a customer, so beware on this. But lots of cool stuff for kids and big kids as well.

Excellent, friendly customer service with a smile. They always have sales going on or something for the kids. Just a little fyi info. If you have a Chase Disney debut card you get an extra 10% off on your purchase and sometimes 20% you will get info. About that in the chase booklet's that they send out to you about every couple of months so watch for them. But a discount just to have a bank card is not bad and it's on top of clearance sales as well. Store is always clean,nothing is ever on the floor you can pretty much find what you are looking for and if you can't ask at checkout and they might get able to order it for you. Disney's store's are all about the guest service. That's a win in my book... good job not to many store's like you anymore!!

Disney stores are always the best, and the people are so helpful. I was like the only one in the store the other night but they were still so nice and answered all my questions. This store does get really busy on the weekends though but still the employees are always positive and helpful, I've never had a problem there.

The people are really nice. I wanted to subtract a star because the mall is just about the worst place on the planet, but it was not too bad. Tons of overpriced Disney junk to waste money on. They still had the Halloween thing from last year playing.... Was ok because I like Halloween. I don't really think reviews matter for things like this. It's Disney. No number of reviews will keep weird older girls from walking though and touting their knowledge and love of Disney movies.... So.... Yeah

Great store. It's like Christmas in this store every time I go. They didn't have the Captain America jacket in the size we needed, but it was great to walk in and be reminded of being a kid again.

Very nice and friendly, clean store. I was looking for the little mermaid dress and asked if they had any left the lady at the register found 3 dresses for me in the back and was very helpful finding the rest of the items I needed.

The team was very helpful and definitely interacted with my little ones in a engaging way. I appreciate the effort put into making every child feel uniquely accepted and appreciated.

Friendly but nonintrusive staff. Good selection, something is always on sale, and they play a fun assortment of new and old Disney music/movies:)

The Memorial City location feels bigger and cleaner than the Galleria one. Plus, the Galleria's faded projector screen literally pales in comparison to the modern widescreen LCD TV at Memorial City. Finally, the workers at Memorial City took the initiative to offer my kids coloring books and crayons while they were watching the Disney videos.

Awesome customer service, I've had to change various items cuz 'idontknowwhatIwant' kid, and they have always been very helpful and kind.

The magic of Disney never disappoints! My kids and I had a blast! The staff is very energetic and helpful

I love this store I bought the cutest coffee mug. I saw it and I had to have it. Went back and bought several more. I'm a kid at heart.

great place, fantastic staff. I try to give it a miss each time as i always end up spending way more than intended here.

I went to what I needed swiftly and was out of there in four minutes! It was pretty packed and the cashier was nice and the service was speedy
