The only reason this place is getting any stars is because of a worker named Kenidee (as said on the receipt). She was helpful throughout my whole shopping experience and was there whenever needed. However, there was an asian girl by the cash registers and she no help at all and was very rude, but kenidee assisted me with ease!

Wasn't greeted. I had to locate a staff member who saw me walked in and was only folding clothes in order to get assistance.

Usually shop online for kids clothing. Store is new and looks good.

Two stars for great inventory. Unfortunately, was told by a female employee that returns and exchanges without receipts had to be approved by corporate. The shirt was brand new, unworn, with tags on it. Did not have receipt as it was a gift. Seems like a horrible policy.

Came on 05/27/2023 at 8:30ish pm. Overheard the manager Makayla (I think, she had red hair & said she was) talking to the male Hispanic worker with dreads about a woman who came to apply for a job in a wheelchair. The manager said that although the young lady said she worked at Hollister before, she doesn’t want to hire her because there would be no use for her and room for her wheelchair. The guy agreed and said she does have a point. As I’m looping back around to leave the same manager was now laughing with an employee named Zury about how if she could use her arms she would be only able to fold the top row of tables. The manager even said at one point “I shouldn’t be laughing but it’s funny. This by law is discrimination and I was totally disgusted hearing that. The entire team should be let go and I will be contacting corporate about this issue as well

Hispanic male, maybe in his teens early 20s? Idk, no name tag. At tue dressing room was very rude and racist. I saw him watching me look at clothes next to the dressing room. Am I not allowed to touch the clothes? When I went to the dressing room he held 2 Hispanic women before me but when it was my turn he ignored me. I stood there for 2mins thinking maybe all the rooms were full. Nope 2 rooms were empty when I looked. I asked him if the other 2 were available and he kept saying what. I asked a 5th time and he said "yea you just gotta ask"..... I did. Several times. His attitude was ugly and very rude. Saw you watching me the entire time and now you wanna act like you didn't know I wanted to try on anything. I mean why else would I be standing in front of the dressing room, holding clothes looking at you!? You don't like your job then find another one. I was nice the entire time, because I lead with kindness but he was just so rude. So unnecessary!! I wanted to report him to a Manager but it looks like kids run the place. Nothing. Would have happened, no accountability. Don't shop here unless you are Hispanic, otherwise you will be treated like trash here. Racist and racial profiling in 2022... Never going back here again. Fri Dec 23. 2022 review. Store wasn't even busy. Now I know why.

Worst experience I have ever had in a retail store. I’ve been shopping at Tilly’s in California and upon moving to Houston, I have been to this location numerous times with my teenagers. Never have had a good experience but tonight was the last time I shop there. Too many other choices.
