Good excellent customer service from Ms. Dee at This JCPENNEY IN MEMORIAL CITY off
Of I10 (Katy) I usually ask for discount, I did not have to, she look to see if I had rewards, look to see how I could save on my purchases.
Last month I had bought the same thing I paid $ 28.00 , only paid $8.39 this time for the curtain.
Ms. Dee is so quick , I did not have to wait to pay for my purchase, and she is very friendly with me and others.
Mrs.Dee deserve a big pay raise. ❤

Always a pleasure to go to return desk, if employee doesn't know what to do she call manager. Manager is very knowledgeable so she got me waited on quickly & explained my options thoroughly so I could decide what I wanted to do.

Aneta David at JC Penny Memorial hair salon is the bomb diggity.. She takes my damaged, awful looking hair and turn into a model type look. Always amazing cut , color and style. The best part of this review is being able to say I have a hairstylist Trust!! Book her.. you won’t ever be dissatisfied!!

Went to the jewelry departement yesterday and Tina was amazing. So helpful and patient. Will definitely go back for the wonderful service she gave us.

Went in to exchange some boots that were purchased for me as a gift. The cashier was very helpful and accommodating. Both boots were the same price in the same style box, but was being charged $40 difference. Cashier fixed it. I'm so thankful.

Brought my 90 year old mama bear! It was different because she doesn't walk much...but we managed she wanted a couple of things both were up stairs

JC Penny has seriously changed in a positive way. We live in PA, and we were impressed with the store and staff. When we came to Houston, we went back, and we were pleasantly surprised the store in Memorial City was equally well stocked and pleasant staff.
