Lots of cool technology at this local Best Buy here in Houston. They are really competitive on pricing compared to other retailers. They usually have a great terms on financing. I'm just show you what's up.

Chase, the Consultant. Wow. He is very professional, easy to talk to and he definitely knows what he's talking about. He is very confident in tech and I really appreciate how he was able to articulate and make it easy to understand different aspects of the products I was looking at. I felt bad because it was late in the day and I knew they were closing, but he made sure to not make the interaction feel rushed or make me feel like I had to get a certain product just to get me out the door faster. I am genuinely impressed. Quite simply the best interaction I've had at Best buy or Micro Center for that matter. Everyone knows what a Best Buy is, so I’ll skip that. I visited twice for various fun items and was able to grab and go, after my online order was fulfilled. The store is very clean and the employees friendly and helpful. I’ve always loved the convenience going to one store that sells nearly everything, and frequently on sale.

I haven't been to Best Buy in a long time (I'm an Amazon fanatic). I can't speak for other store locations, but when I walked into this one, I was honestly shocked at how much Best Buy has changed. Definitely a sleek new look, new membership benefits, and (at least seamed like to me), outrageous deals on certain products hiding in plain sight. I actually asked someone for helped to understand the new way things operate and she found me an airfryer for $30 that was on sale (normally $100). I felt like I might get arrested when I walked out with such a good deal. I'm definitely going to be back and check out what other changes I've missed out on over the past few years.

Went in looking for a gaming PC and came out very pleased. The sales associate who helped me was very nice and helped me getting what I wanted within the price range I was looking for. Highly recommend this location vs the others in NW Harris County.

This is my go to location. The store is organized and customer service is exceptional. I recently went in to get a new tv. Jonathan Beltran took his time explaining and demonstrating the different televisions and surround sounds. I ended up leaving with 75” LG and an LG surround sound system. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and recommend this store and to talk to Jonathan for your needs. I also got the Geek Squat to install everything including a cable drop down to hide the cables. Steve and his teammate did an excellent job.

One of the best locations of Best Buy in Houston. Staff is always helpful. Gino is the General Manager and he does a great job in running the store! Highly recommend this place!! The Dell computer selection is excellent as well! Go get all your Dell computers here!!

I love Best Buy. Have their Total Tech and get 2 year Best Buy warranty on everything I buy at no additional costs except usually a $75 or $99 copay on warranty claims.

I purchased the Geek Squad Ultimate package and took all my laptops in on Monday and it was all completed by today. That's awesome.

Customer service is absolutely fading in all best buy locations. But I visited this store today and worked with Jeffery to find a laptop for my father. He is a great dude and the sole reason behind this 5 star.
He represents intell (he wears an intell polo shirt) and have a great knowledge about products and even if he doesn't know something will find the answer for you quickly.

Best layout of a Best Buy I’ve seen in years. I’ve always preferred this location in the Houston area, but I like it even better now. The remodel is amazing, and everyone is very helpful when you need it. The home audio and TV section is awesome! Best section of the store. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out.

Went in for screen replacement on my iPhone 14 and they had me in and out and less than an hour. Superior service if I say so myself.

It took awhile to get my ac after we purchased two. Told to wait at the front for them but 20 minutes later still no AC. We had to go back inside and remind them that we were still waiting. Ten minutes later we got them.
