I was at the Pin Oak Home Depot and this guy (in a Home Depot "uniform") walks past me and says, in one of the most cheerful voices I've heard, "How Are you doing today sir? Is there anything we can help you with?" I said no thank you and continued on my way. I stopped for a minute to look up something on the Home Depot app and I heard the same voice speaking to another employee. From the questions he was asking, I assume she had been injured in the past, and he was checking up on her to make sure that she had been in touch with her doctor and that if she had any issues being on her feet she needed to let him know so he could make arrangements for her. She seemed to be very grateful that he asked about her and had a huge smile on her face when I walked by her. As I continued to shop I could hear him asking employees if they needed help and asking customers if they needed help. He asked me two different times at different points in the store and the third time I took him up on it and asked about a replacement rope I needed for my tree pruner. He walked me over to the aisle and found the person who handled that section and explained to the employee what I needed and then proceeded to tell the employee that he would take the basket in the back for the employee so the employee could help me. That's when I stopped and asked him who he was and if he was new here....lol. He explained that he was a store manager that covered several stores. He was one of the most joyous and incredible spirits I have ever met and he literally made Home Depot feel like a small town hardware store. Thank you Ricky Ray for caring so much about your job, about your employees and about the customers. I'm truly a better person having met you.

I have never left a review for a specific employee before, but I have never met anybody working in customer service like this. I had called this location informing them I would be late to pick up my rental as I had a work conflict, and the female receptionist stated that would be fine. However, it was not. Approximately 75 minutes later I arrived to find my reservation was now cancelled. I was a bit frustrated, but luckily I was served by the greatest man. He was patient, kind, and solution oriented. Despite the process taking longer than he or I would like to become resolved, he remained calm and positive. He also had the chance to share with me a bit working his past working in intelligence and his 18 years of service. From our conversation I could tell not only was he compassionate, but also wise and very intelligent. I cannot be certain of his name, but he had a lisp. I believe his name was Clarence. He truly is a model employee and man. I am not even upset about what happened because I had the opportunity to get to know this gentleman.

Just wanted to shout out to Anita it at the Pin Oak location . I was so frustrated after receiving a defective Samsung washing machine that needed to be replaced. I I had had it less than two weeks and was told that I would have to go through Samsung to get anything done and it was my problem now. She was fantastic and helping me resolve my issue and scheduling a replacement washing machine to be delivered. She was very professional, and got back with me in a very timely manner, which I greatly appreciated.

We don't work on big home projects, but the small projects we do take on, Home Depot is the place we go. We always find what we are looking for and at a reasonable price. The staff are always nice and responsive to customers, and are be happy to assist you, if needed.

I was shopping at this location for a recent project and found some lumber at a good price.I also needed new plants and garden supplies. My shopping experience was good.

I went on a quick run to Home Depot today and had to give a shout out to Brian! I was greeted by his big smile and friendly service at check out. Thank you for making my day!

What can you say.... for the DIY's they've got it all.

Well organized, well stocked, friendly staff who are willing to help/guide you.

Great place to shop. All you need in one spot I get lost in this place for real. It was a late night and the employees where still very helpful even though it was time to go. Great work you all.

This Home Depot had amazing employees. They are always helpful and friendly.
Also, every month they have a workout for kids and kids love this.

I went to buy a connection for my dryer. It was a gift from my parents but they didn't know the connection wasn't included. The thought is what counts, very grateful!☺

What a positive experience we had at this store purchasing a washer and dryer. Ms. Earl was the most helpful associate at this store! Delivery was made when promised and no issues. I would highly recommend purchasing from a Home Depot vs. any other store that sales appliances.

I do declare this city can never have enough Home Depot’s because every location I’ve visited this far has been equally buzzing with busy employees and shoppers in this store. Whatever your home improvement project is I can Almost guarantee they will have what you need or send you to one of their partners like us who can get your projects completed wonderfully.

The store took excellent precautions today. Would like to see all employees with gloves and a face cover, but many did. The line at 8:45AM Friday was only 5 minutes. Well stocked store under the circumstances.

I would like to thank Alexa @ Pin Oak store for her patience and diligence in problem solving. Today she helped a very frustrated customer feel much better and solved the issue. Great customer service Alexa.

I have never had a bad experience in this store at this location. It is well supplied with almost everything one might need for maintenance of their property or building a new construction. Highly recommend it to everyone who's working on a DIY project or is a building contractor.
