I am happy with the selection, and they have both men a day woman. The second floor rack is great prices. Also, it's a quick way to get into the mall.

Macy's offers a diverse range of quality products from clothing to home goods. The store ambiance is inviting, creating an enjoyable shopping experience. Sales and promotions provide good value, though regular prices can be higher. Customer service is generally helpful and accommodating. The online platform is user-friendly, offering additional convenience. Macy's events and loyalty programs contribute to a positive customer relationship. However, occasional issues with inventory and crowded store conditions during sales events may impact the overall experience. Despite this, Macy's remains a go-to destination for a variety of shopping needs.

Macy's has always been one of my go-to destinations for shopping, but the Macy's at the Memorial location has truly become one of my absolute favorite places to indulge in retail therapy. The jewelry department at this Macy's is a hidden gem in itself.
Two individuals with the jewelry, in particular, deserve special recognition: Miss Fozia and Miss Anna. These wonderful ladies have consistently gone above and beyond to assist me in finding exactly what I'm looking for. Their knowledge, expertise, and genuine passion for their work are evident in every interaction.

The assistance provided by Miss Fozia and Miss Anna Bagos goes far beyond their professional duties. They have an innate ability to understand my preferences and offer valuable recommendations that align perfectly with my style. Their warm and friendly demeanor instantly puts me at ease, creating a shopping experience that feels personalized and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their dedication and the time they invest in ensuring my satisfaction. It's not every day that you come across individuals like Miss Fozia and Miss Anna.

I highly recommend visiting this Macy's and seeking out the expertise of those wonderful ladies. They truly make all the difference.

As per usual the most vast & gorgeous selection of shoes & the Karl Lagherfeld diamond & pearls detailed collection was stunning. So many designer brands with always a sale going on. Thank you so much for all your help Mimo!

We had a great experience shopping for our couch here. Everyone was very warm and greeted us. Our sales lady was awesome, knowledgeable and helpful. She knew her products, options and costs inside and out. We will be back if we have any more furniture needs.

One of the most complete Macy’s, for sure. It is always neat and organized, especially their beauty section. Sales associates are always kind with customers and they will go the extra mile to make our shopping experience the best. The coupon redeem can be a pain sometimes but ask for a manager and they will gladly explain how can they be used or honor an offer if you saw it cheaper online. This is were I do most of my shopping and I love it. Can’t wait for the holidays to come, where they decorate for Christmas in a beautiful way. And btw they already have holiday gift sections popping around!

The staff in the men’s suit department and the great online shopping experience made for an amazingly simple and pleasurable experience when I had to purchase a suit on short notice. The selection and pricing were fantastic, but the friendly and helpful staff have made this my new favorite place to shop.

I went to get boots and Ron Osborn in the shoe dept was outstanding and so very helpful! The place was packed with people getting gifts and shopping and Ron took the time to help find my size. I absolutely love my new boots!!

Good collection. They have almost everything that you need. Washroom is also available. There are multiple trail/changing rooms available. The stuffs are friendly too. The sephora section is also very enriched. The only drawback is the shoe section does not have many collection.

Macy's at Memorial City Mall in Houston offers a fantastic shopping experience. The store is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wide selection of products, and the quality is consistently good. The overall atmosphere is inviting, making it an enjoyable place to shop for a variety of items.

MAKEUP SECTION REVIEW AND PICTURES: This Macys has one of the most complete cosmetic sections that you have ever seen! Several brands offer samples and/or a makeover. You can literally spend the day here. There is also skin care but that's another story! There are natural brands tucked in here and there as well, so something for everyone.

Macy's had so many great in store deals. The reward money always comes in handy. I found great deals in all departments. I received great deals on perfumes Bleu De Chanel and BVLGARI Rose Goldea Blossom Delight gift set. Clothing, jewelry, and holiday items. The more I spent, the more reward cash I received.

Tax free weekend, so it was a little busy. However, a nice lady in the Calvin Klein section helped me find two great fitting shirts. I found it to be clean and fairly tidy for a busy day.

Last night i had the best experience ever at Macy’s...it was with a wonderful sales associate, TAMMY , I’m very impressed with her positive energy, polite and humble and friendly attitude...she made my shopping experience just joyful...WE NEED LIKE THIS PERSON IN THE WORLD....
It wasn’t even her counter but when she noticed nobody helping me she didn’t hesitate to help , suggest and have a wonderful conversation with me ...thank you Tammy and i wish you receive the recognition and the kudos you deserve from your management

KEN at finish line department is such a great gentleman. I came in store feeling down because at Dillard's they made me feel horrible so left quickly. I'm not a mall shopping person. I'm forced to come in because of back to school shopping . Ken treated us fast in responding on shoe sizes made me feel so much better. His people customer skills are %100 excellent, thankyou so much Ken I will be back.

Walking through the store and was there for a bit not many greeted but a young lady in the makeup section Kayla assertively walked up greeted us and educated us on products and took her time she was awesome! If your shopping for make up shop with Kayla!!

Found a great Christmas present online. The pickup area was very easy to find to complete my order.
