We were doing some shopping and ended up in the fragrance section. Maria was polite and nice right away. When we asked a question she was helpful and let us know we can order the item we wanted as they were out of stock and could have it sent to us. We opted to just buy a bigger size right then and there. Since we made it a separate purchase from a gift card, Maria was amazing enough to help find us a coupon, told us we also had additional points due to the perfume purchase. My total went from$100 down to $58! Maria went out of her way to help me save some money!! Treat her well bosses, she has excellent customer service.

I was looking for lipsticks and makeup brushes. Found all her and at 1/2 off regular price! Great deal and the woman who waited on me was great! Helped me find the right shades of lipsticks and the makeup brushes! First time buying their makeup and it was quick and easy! Great prices too!

I just shopped for curtains and was pleasantly surprised by how great the store looks with the ongoing remodel. Hector was a big help--best customer service I've had in a long time. Good job Alamo Ranch JC Penney!

Modern department store with a nice online pick up area. Men's suit collection was decent. Had to order pants that were 36" on the waist but had them store delivered for no extra cost and got them 3 days later.

Been going here for years. They have great shoes and clothes and the store is always clean. I used their curbside during this pandemic and it was very easy/convenient.

Better holiday atmosphere, stock, and sales prices than I expected from a store I have only rarely visited in recent years. We wish the shortage of floor sales staff was not as apparent as we have come to expect post-Covid.

When I got there to make my JCP payment, I was surprised that there was no long line.
Actually I was the only one in the line. The male employee was so kind & certious. He also was patient with me while I handed him my statement. It was quick and easy. Thanks JCpenny.

Nice, clean store. Good selection of clothes and shoes and good sale prices! Very easy store to navigate with a nice flow to it. Love the sales and I always use my reward card. Associates are pleasant and helpful. Dressing rooms are neat. Clothes were neatly displayed also. Good selection of shoes, which is a favorite department of mine! Can almost always run in and find a blouse or whatever I'm looking for quickly.

Kudos to all the associates at this store! Just visited and I cannot emphasize enough how CLEAN it is. I am very impressed! Typically, stores are a mess in the days following the Christmas shopping rush, making this JCP stand out! I had a great, comfortable shopping experience. The store felt organized and clean, with a nice selection of clothes. Great service as well!

This one had a lot more items in stock than the one I'm used to. Great sales.

Not very many freestanding JCPenney stores anymore or JCPenney stores period. It wasn't a very big store but it had a lot of great stuff. The store and restrooms are very clean and so are the fitting rooms. It brought back a lot of great memories of shopping at JCPenney as a kid during the holidays. I would definitely recommend and be going back there soon.

My wife took Advantage of the Labor Day specials and we walked out with both our hands full.

I was helped by Maria in the men’s department and she went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right outfit for my occasion. She even took time to look for my size in the back and it saved me a trip to North Star. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received!

Melissa in the Jewelry department is truly an asset to the store. She is knowledgeable, has amazing customer service and has a positive aura that resonates when she is assisting people. I had a fantastic experience. I most definitely will be back to buy more Jewelry so long as Melissa is there. She has a keen sense for attention to detail.
