Great drinks, great food..excellent service. Great view. Waitress had the best memory! I would have lost track after the first order. Great atmosphere! Definitely try it!

My wife and I had an excellent visit to the Bistro. This is a beautiful venue - I’d bet popular for weddings. Great place for brunch on a cool morning - nice outdoor area to eat. Great food.

Party of 12, very well accomodated. Our server went above and beyond ensuring we had everything we needed. Food is really good. Cilantro chicken, Bistro burger, Pecan Chicken, Cesar salad, Salmon, flatbread pepperoni. Great view and all of us had a great time celebrating a birthday. We took our own desert and our server brought us extra plates and forks. Price may be a little higher but the amount and taste pays off. It's a great get away with hotel and swimming pool. We will be back.

Stopped here with my 3 year old and we both loved it. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff who made her day by talking to and interacting with her, and food was delicious. Don't miss out on the pork belly bites, they're incredible!

Pleasantly surprised with this little gem. Clean room, friendly front desk, refreshing pool. Restaurant was very good. Service was a little slow but food was tasty and served hot. We ate lunch and dinner there. Our servers were McKenzie and Abby and they were top notch. We will be back !

A nice quiet getaway from the city. Excellent customer service and dining. Food was delicious. Room was clean with beautiful hill country decor. Restaurant has amazing view of the hill country. Will be going back forv the spa.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. The rooms are nicely appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and the place was very neat and clean. Certainly not the busiest place in the world, but that is not what we were looking for at all. A very slow and comfortable pace. Folks at the front desk were more than happy to make sure we had what we needed. James and Victoria in the bar and restaurant were GREAT! We had the best time with the staff here. Lots of fun, excellent food and drinks, and surely stories to be told. If Levi is working in the kitchen, make sure you get a couple of his plates of shrimp tacos. Those were excellent. We had a great experience overall and plan to return.

Everything about this place was just awesome. The drinks, nachos, tri-tip, and pie! The only thing was the pork chop seemed a little dry. But the spaetzle was fabulous.

Wow! We found this from a TV spot highlighting the food, which is good; however, if James is working the bar, you're in for a treat. Over two nights, we tried many of the drinks on their cocktail menu and ALL we're solid.

My husband and I came for a little night away with absolutely no expectations. We were blown away by our waitress, Becca. And the food was so good! We ordered the charcuterie board and the pecan chicken! Both were exceptional! Didn’t get a picture of the chicken, but we will come back and order that again! And the hostess and waitress were so incredible!

We ate here on three occasions while staying at the hotel. The food was great and we had friendly service. We will be coming back here for the food and the views. The name of the restaurant is Hillside Bar and Grill, not the Alsatian.

This is a very nice ritzy place. Very elegant. All the staff I encountered were very friendly. I had broccoli cheese soup. It was very tasty but I think the presentation could have been better and maybe some chunks of broccoli in it. I put pepper on top. I'm a black pepper freak. My veggie flat bread was a perfect 10. It was delish. This is a must place to come and dine. It will be one of my regular spots.

Beautiful views and wonderful menu full of variety and flavor. Fresh mojitos, full bar and beer. Chicken friend steak, chicken pecan and deviled eggs are recommended!

Surprisingly bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Great relaxing atmosphere. VERY nice retreat.

Great view from the patio. They have a wonderful selection of local beers. The food menu was limited but everyone in the group found something they enjoyed.

This place is gold! Located at a rather humble location, it is super idyllic. Food here is truly bistro, but absolutely delicious. I dropped by for a quick lunch and a driving break: it was totally worth it. The staff and host are amongst the friendliest I’ve seen. So glad I came, and will definitely come back.

The didn't we're fantastic I got a Texas mule the food was great. Our sever was amazing Teffany she was super helpful and easy to talk to.

We had an early dinner here. The service was great, and we enjoyed the food and drinks on the patio. Pretty place.

Great breakfast spot with an easy to navigate menu, nothing complicated, just good food. The patio has an amazing view overlooking venue space and lowland beyond. The staff is extremely courteous and welcoming. Out food came out all at once, fresh and accurate to our small special accommodations. Definitely will consider coming back and checking out the hotel side sometime.
