McDonald's

Quick and fast service. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was apologized for being out of biscuits. And asked what I wanted to substitute for the biscuits.

I don't know what but this McDonald's hits differently. Food is on point. MC nuggets are fresh, fries are perfect, big Mac's taste like real juicy burgers. All McDonald's should be like this. And even better great management and customer Svc. Will be going back soon.

Edit: since writing the below comment, this McDonald's has gotten significantly better. I no longer have any of the problems I had then. Excellent work to whoever made these improvements.
Service is far faster and much more error free. Staff are always friendly and the food is always as expected. 10 out of 10.
I generally only use the drive-through, so I can't really speak on anything inside the restaurant. But, the drive-through is excellent.

I've been to this McDonald's well over a dozen times. And, nearly every time I've had issues with them. Usually, the issue is an incredibly long wait time. They nearly always forget simple things like straws.
I once placed an order through the drive through. It took a good 10 minutes to get the food and they said to wait for fresh coffee. Well, that came another 10 minutes later. And, they forget the sodas. That was an additional 5 or 10 minutes. All in all, I spent over 30 minutes there just sitting in my truck and waiting.

When I've gone inside, I've practically had to yell for someone to assist me at the cash register. I once got my order inside and had to wait 10 minutes to even get the drink cups. Of course, 1 was cracked. That was another wait to get a new cup. After I filled my own drinks, I was then waiting for a plain sundae. More waiting. I finally had to ask the drive through lady, and she got it. But, there was no spoon. At that point, I just wanted to leave. So, I gave up on that.
That entire time, there were only 2 orders on the screen saying "in progress." My order was one of them and another man's order was there. He was also standing there, but never said anything. I wish I had spoke up for him. He was waiting the entire time I was and longer.

All in all, this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I don't care to get anyone in trouble. I just expect better service.

Mostly it's the long wait time to get anything. Though, at least once, I had hamburgers that were still fairly raw.

I don't know if it's bad management or just that they have a lot of new, poorly trained staff, but something needs to be done to improve this place.

I know it's only fast food and all, but this small town McDonald's always has fast and friendly service.

I was just passing by and make a stop in this Mcdonalds. The place its very clean and the crew members were very friendly and very fast. I will recommended if youre in a rush.

The qpc I ordered tasted like an actual burger! Delightful!

Bro, it's McDonald's what can you say about it if you're hungry and are too lazy to cook this will hit the spot it is located conveniently on 90% of the street corners on the planet Earth. McDonald's Burger tastes the same in Maine as it does in California and everything in between. Not that anyone asked but my personal favorite is the big Mac I really like the sauce. It's probably like a 1000 island dressing sauce, But it really ties it all together the lettuce the onions the cheese the Burger and the bun yeah I just listed ingredients to a McDonald's Burger congratulations to me!

Order the $3 bundle with the double cheeseburger and fries. Older lady in the window had me wait an extra couple of minutes for her to pull some new fresh fries. I thought that was pretty cool. Kind of saddened me that she was there working at McDonald's at her age but she's grinding. Reminded me of my grandmother. Extra kudos to her whoever she was...

I stopped in to this McDonald's in Castroville, Texas and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered an egg McMuffin with hash browns. The food came out quick and hot and the service was great. I'll definitely stop in again next time I pass through here.

First time in this specific restaurant and let me tell you about my great experience during my lunch break visit.
I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful crew which made sure my order was correct and made fresh.
While I waited for my order I was approached by a crew member regarding a small mistake made on my order which they quickly and swiftly took care of since I hadn't noticed it.
I must admit that I am pretty sure that in a lot of other places I would have had walked out with a wrong order.
Thanks again to that friendly crew for making my visit a great one, believe me sometimes them small details go a long way.
I will definitely be back.

My daughter literally said she wanted to move to castroville because the workers at the McDonald's were so nice. Best McDonald's I've ever been to

We come here for the kids play area, which is always very clean and well air conditioned. The service is usually prompt and friendly in the mornings and late afternoons. On the one occasion our nuggets were old and tough, they immediately fired up a fresh batch for us and delivered to our table.

This is the best mc Donald's we've been to. They got my moms order correct through mobile order and mine correct. She has an onion allergy and I like onions and they made sure it was separate.

Clean with a nice atmosphere.

Very polite and quick service. Fastest Mcdonalds in the arear. Only thing that I don't like is that they close at 8PM and you cannot dine in.

There was this blond boy, I think someone in the back talking to him said his name was Clayton or something. His service was amazing and he was very sociable. He should be promoted to manager, in my honest opinion.
