Kroger I’m going to pick up my Over the counter benefits every month!! Love it, because Kroger puts what is left on my card to use each Month.

I’ve used this Kroger for 11 years. I’ve never had a problem and some of the complaints here foreign to me.
Do they need more employees? Sure, them and everybody else. The fruit could be better but I go to Publix and pay high prices for fruit. And I see a lack of cashiers…

The ladies in the deli section are amazing! They fulfill my big track orders with no issues. Everything is always fresh and taste great.

ALL not some but ALL grocery stores should use this place as a GREAT example. This place is always clean and the customer service is outstanding. This place is so great i will passed three or four other stores just to shop here. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK..

Great customer service ! The Pharmacy staff is very professional and courteous. It is never uncommon to encounter store staff members cleaning, keeping their products in check and easy to locate. Never have encountered an employee with a scowl on their face and unhappy to help customers. Plus, I also like the availability of self/check out register counters with very little wait time. If a register has a computer error … staff are right there to correct it immediately. If there is ever a concern with a product that needs attention for whatever reason… I have rarely had any negative issues, but, if I let a customer service employee know of any concern…. like lightning a manager, customer service employee appears immediately to remedy a situation. Never rude. I have grown up in the area of Marietta and I prefer to purchase at the location. Very convenient ! Thank you !

Very nice Kroger but the best part is the sushi rolls. Always so fresh and sushi staff is always working hard keeping everything stocked. I come here to get a few rolls instead of a restaurant.

Truly appreciative of the great customer service provided by the cashier. The elderly lady ahead of me needed help seeing and reading the screen and the cashier and the bagger were very quick to assist her. These employee s keep the bathrooms cleaned and the floors mopped .

Kroger associates are always positive and friendly. The stores are clean. Prices lower than competitors. Pharmacy staff especially easy to work with and prompt with prescriptions.

I love this store. Very personable personnel. Miss Linda at the register has a great attitude and diligent with her work. Miss Philemona is just amazing. She has a great attitude and a great Spirit. It’s more than a shopping experience.

This past weekend was our first time staying there. We had such a great time. The staff was more than friendly and attentive to our needs. It was very clean and the sheets were so soft. It was hard to leave. We will be returning next month.

There’s a female employee named Paige who I often see at the self-checkout area. She always has an amazing attitude and always seems genuinely happy to help! Sometimes after having a long day of negativity, her attitude lifts my spirits! If anyone deserves a raise it’s this lady!!

They’ve always taken good care of me at this location! Just recently, one of my bags of groceries didn’t get loaded into my cart after I checked out. I called to ask if it was still there and they said another customer had grabbed it thinking it was theirs (hope they like tuna & sriracha). Anyway, the lady at the customer service desk happily replaced the items for me when I went back and apologized for the mishap, which was so kind of her when I felt like it was partly my fault! Anyway, it might not be the most “beautiful” Kroger but I could care less about that - it’s the people that matter :)

Just came in for water. Roesha was very kind and quick in checking me out and she didn't even know I was in a hurry. She was also very patient when I requested specific bills for the change she gave me! Great customer service!! (:

I have been going to this Kroger for over a year now. Each time I see a manager in the aisles and the store is clean. I love the Kroger sales and almost always find what I need for a good price! Just about everything our family needs us here. I enjoy their growing Simple Truth brand! I am also a customer that always has coupons- they are cheerful and helpful when I use coupons!

My family and I have shopped at this Kroger location for two decades. It has by far the friendliest staff of any store I have ever been in. I hate the idea of moving because I live thks store and it's people so much. Mrs Toy in bakery is the best at going above and beyond and miss Linda is the best cashier and customer service ever. We love you Whitlock Kroger!!!

This Kroger is amazing. There are so many choices even more choices than a regular Kroger and such a variety. Prices are reasonable. Nice and clean. Staff is courteous. Definitely a 5++

Love the Kroger deli - Jerry, T-bone and all the employees will take great care of you. Also was super happy when they recently added seasoned chicken as an option.
