Big Lots

If I could give 10 stars I seriously would as these super women rock (Christina)
(Mrs Susan) and (Candace).

They were all super friendly, extremely professional, and very helpful!! They went beyond having great customer service to making me the (customer) feel like I was a part of the team lol.

I had purchased a lot of furniture from there and when I came to pick it up they didn't rush my merchandise out the door and handled everything with ease.

It was great team work and a comforting feeling to see that these ladies took pride in their jobs.

The team there treated me like family and not someone they could just make a profit from by purchasing any items.

It's so rare to see great workers like these today as I look forward just going to the store to look around just to see their friendly faces as this world seriously needs more good people like them in it!!!

You Ladies have been such a blessing to me!! Thank you ALL so much!!

Lots of different stuff in one place

This is a very nice store! The staff is always nice and ready to help you when you need it. The store is mostly well kept and the prices are absolutely great! They have a great selection of products. I would Definitely recommend this store to everyone!

This is "our" Big Lots and the staff are always helpful. We also always find deals we weren't looking for. They are transitioning holiday's so good deals on Christmas stuff. Saw Valentine's Day and Easter starting to be put out. Last year I got several beautiful plant pots and they are staring to stock garden items now too. Whiskey barrel pots are out so if y'all are looking for some, get before they're gone.

My shopping experience with this Big Lots has always been good. Always a good selection of merchandise & groceries. I love their wall hangings & decorative things ! Prices are amazingly less expensive than other variety stores. Checking out sometimes takes a while . I think mostly because of the high load of shoppers.

Matt is just so kind full of character,manners & just know how to get in details about what they have or don't have in the store...

Incredible amount of home goods, DVDs, makeup, pictures, sofas, beds, pet supplies, groceries, car needs, cards, school & work supplies, holiday goods, etc, etc, etc! So many items you will have your cart loaded before you know it. It's amazing what you can find at excellent prices. The store is kept clean and we'll stocked. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. It's a bargain store with great products. Love their bath towels! Don't know how other Big lots look but the one in Burlington is better than WalleyWorld!

I bought some pillows and picked them up at the store. Everyone was super nice.

The young lady who helped me with my mattress purchase today was incredible! Very respectful and polite. Will return and hope I get the same great service!

Great store. Well stocked and organized. Good selection of furniture. They also have added a frozen section as well.

I went here to find a coffee table and ends tables for my office! I found a nice set that was easy to assemble. Good quality and a good price!

Great little store I mostly go here to buy household items, things for my kitchen, bedding sheets comforters sets, towels sets, plus the sales staff are helpful and nice.

With easy access from where I live I can go down there and shop for from furniture to groceries and other items it makes a good choice for the first choice

Bought my cat a toy. She loves is. The ball roll around in tunnels. Reasonable price.
