The store was very clean and organized. All shelves were stocked. I was offered assistance by the floor staff. Most times you are looking for something and the employees run and hide. The young man asked if he could help me find anything. When I told him I had what I needed, he thanked me and said let him if I needed anything else. The cashier was very friendly. She smiled and was engaging. Retail is a hard job and a lot of times the workers are very stressed understandable. It was a great visit to pick up printer cartridges for work. I recommend this location. Kudos to management and the entire staff!

My print order was placed around 3pm and ready by 7pm. The print quality for full color print on card stock was excellent and the paper quality was great.

Super easy… I always email my print job over, and it’s always ready within a few hours. Good price and great quality.

IT tech offered to look at my laptop even though I purchased from another retail store. He determined my laptop was a dud and suggested I return it.
I spent three days trying to download simple apps to no success.
I returned it and purchased one from the IT tech that day.

Went there Sunday evening to get some printing done.It was 5 star service all around. Everybody was helpful and greeted me.Julie and Maddie in the printing area,made it smooth and easy.

I needed some booklets made. They had the equipment and aid to make sure it was done in a professional way. My project was a success! Thanks OD!

The visit was not a rushed experience, and I was allowed to review the suggestions that had been made.

Recently sent a brochure to be printed at this location. The employees I worked with via email (I wish I knew their names so I could acknowledge them) were knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with paper choices. After allowing me to send a file for them to print one copy as a proof, they then took my website order and processed/printed it in one day as opposed to the 3-day turnaround time that was expected. I would highly recommend this location for printing at a reasonable price and an amazing staff who promptly answers questions and prints the finished product well ahead of schedule. Kudos!!!

I was able to shop quickly for my grandsons school supplies and get everything I needed in one visit and in one store. The store layout was such that all items were located quickly. The prices at the checkout were great and though the line was pretty long at the checkout counter it moved along with ease and the store associate that checked me out was extremely pleasant and helpful. It is my go to place.

We shopped at the Burlington, NC store and the salesman was very knowledgeable, very personable, and very helpful. It was nice to walk into a store and be treated like in the olden days, where you feel like the store appreciates your business and is happy to see you shopping there. He made our shopping experience a real pleasure. Thank you!!!

In less than 20 minutes, I entered the store, was greeted by a saleswoman who took me to the section on printers, identified the one most like my current printer, gave me a tag to take to the counter to pay while she put the printer into a cart and started to take the printer to my car. The store manager saw her and rushed to take the car from her to lift the printer into the trunk of my car. Can't beat that for service.

Although it was a small purchase, I was impressed by the attention I received from the staff person, who approached me when she saw me looking at merchandise. What I mean is, I didn't have to find her so that I could get her help. Good customer service is most appreciated.

Friendly, extremely helpful staff. Great store with everything I need, very impressed overall, definitely would recommend!

8/6/2022- Burlington Office Depot- this is the first time I was assisted with my printing needs and they were satisfied in a timely manner. The young lady working was phenomenal!! She is a go getter, with a terrific attitude!! Ty
