AT&T Store

Stopped in ATT Celina to get pricing options to add a line for the kiddo. Blair was awesome! Got pricing discounts and added new IPhone 15 Pro for momma - kiddo gets the old phone. Blair was so patient and connected the new phone so I was all set by the time I left - with screen protector, case, and extra charging equipment. He even set up the old/new phone for the kiddo with parent controls. Thanks Blair!!

Customer service at this location is great! Julie was very helpful and kind and went above and beyond to help us! Store manager Riley was very kind and attentive, and made sure that we were well taken care of and that we left the store with the best deal. Service was fast and the staff all had a positive attitude and were happy to help. A very positive and friendly experience overall, will definitely be coming back!!!

Just switched our business phones from another carrier, AT&T Celina Branch (Julie) is so helpful I knew I would be a least 2 hours getting phones switched but I prepared for process brought my computer to work from and they just let them do their work. If they cannot figure it out they ask other branches for assistance in getting the right answers. They are always willing to help assist us. They are a great Team!

Received really great service! Riley helped my friend and I figure out the issues with my friends account and set it up right. She also helped me with my new IPad and setting it up. Will definitely be asking for her next time I call or go in 😊

My wife and I have purchased phones and watches from this store, along with other accessories. Each time we come in they are very helpful and save us money. The employees there seem young to me but they know their products and have always solved any issues we may have.

One of the best experiences I have had with ATT, Riley helped me out with a new plan and phone for the family! If not for her I probably would have went to a new carrier! Love the Celina location and the employees 👌

The customer service was great. Blair and Jordan were very helpful with the unique service I needed, a non-traditional kids watch phone (TickTalk4) setup. They didn’t shy away from the challenge and figured out a solution quickly. I highly recommend this location.

BEST ever experience ever. Went in with an issue with my phone not functioning properly. I got it resolved and left with a better phone plan, and saving more money on all my TV and wifi services! Tanner is a real top tier customer service specialist and knows his products. I later had an issue hooking up my wifi and hot spot device at home so I called him and he walked me through it all with the help of HIS manager who he added to the call to resolve with him! Both of these employees went way above and beyond to help take care of me.

5 stars for the customer service that was provided at this location. I walked in, and was immediately greeted by a nice young lady. the staff were really nice and helpful. If y’all live near the Celina area, I would highly recommend to come and visit!

After having many issues with over the phone customer service the local Celina store Riley, and Blair were about to get our phones and accounts corrected! So much easier for in person communication!

Wow!! What outstanding, friendly and fast service! I had issues with my iPhone not working. Tanner H. greeted me upon entering the store with a smile and friendly manner. He couldn't have been more helpful or fast. He explained why my phone wasn't working and what he did to resolve the issues. He could not have been nicer or more helpful! A++++++++++++++

We went to the new AT&T store today in Celina. Tanner helped us. We just bought new game and security cameras for our Ranch and needed a data plan and cards to get them working. Tanner was a little confused at first of what we were asking for but he got on his phone, I amusing with his manager, and he was able to get us exactly what we needed and we were in and out in 20 minutes. Kuddos to Tanner. Great customer service. Thank you Tanner !!
