In the 8 years I've lived in Celina, I've never had an issue here. And I have frequented this place often. Sometime made friends with the employees. It's a good group of dudes and sometimes ladies.

After a super disappointing experience at Auto Zone in Prosper, looking for battery t-anchors, we headed to O'Reilly in Celina. Garrett and the folks there pointed out where they should be if they had them and we were expecting what we got at Auto Zone when we realized they did not have them, Garrett came over to tell us he had had looked up the anchors, gave us a price along with when they would be in. We have been back twice since picking up the parts. Every time we have been in there we were asked if we needed help, but they are happy to let you browse as well. We were also able to pick up a manual for our older vehicle along with a pick up rear seat protector for a friend with a furry dog. There is a nice selection of items that are useful, but also giftable. Great job folks!

Outstanding. Fast, competent service. We were in and out within a few minutes, they had everything we needed in stock. Ask for Ricardo, very friendly and competent young man. Owners: please give this kid a raise, he deserves every penny of it.

Very nice group of guys. Clean store. Everyone smiling and in a great mood. I watched them help this girl and her grandfather find some bearings. They searched the internet and even other stores to help them find what they needed. Nice to see people go the extra mile to help out. They also made it very easy for me to drop off my old, make a return and a purchase. This will be my goto place for parts.

I stopped by O'Reilly's in Celina, TX, today, as I have done many times. Ricardo is usually the one that helps me, and today was no exception. He is always kind, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help, which is why I choose this O'Reilly store over others. Thank you Ricardo !!!

Best experience I've ever had at an auto parts store. Elizabeth was knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout my entire transaction. I went in thinking I needed a new battery, but Elizabeth suggested we test it out before I end up buying the wrong thing, and I'm so glad she did because otherwise I wouldn't have known that my battery wasn't the issue. All of the employees I saw during my visit were just as helpful to the other customers with questions. Will definitely be coming back for any future car projects.

I love that the people there allow me too shop and just peruse the isle I am on without asking me 2 or 3 times if I am finding everything.
Once I dial in on a specific question I will always ask for help, and there are always 2 to 4 people on-site qualified to help me.

Needed a new battery: They did a quick battery check to confirm the battery was bad. Purchased a new one, and asked if I could borrow a couple of tools to do the swap while I was there - they wheeled out a cart with a good selection of wrenches and sockets (though I really only needed a couple). Quick and friendly service from those I interacted with, but caught some other customer exchanges, and those appeared positive as well.

My car had trouble starting the other day. Eventually I was able to get it to start and drive over while Fadi helped checked the battery which was in need of a replacement and he did just that. It was simple and quick. Excellent service!

I cannot thank Oscar & Steve enough for their help today with my car. It means so much to know that I have a local shop that offers such expertise and honest information. I highly recommend O'Reilly's!

Quick place to get what auto items you need. They are very helpful by putting your new window wiper blades on!! They have perfect plastic gas cans of several sizes and great customer service!

Always helpful and friendly. If they don't have it, they will work to get it for you in a timely manner.

Staff is knowledgeable and the store is always clean and well organized.

Have any old batteries you need to get rid of? I had 2 old truck batteries, an old car battery and 2 old motorcycle batteries. I took them to O'Reilly Auto in Celina. They took them all, Carried them inside for me. Even gave me a a gift card. These guys care about customer service. I highly recommend them. If you can find auto parts cheaper, go to Celina anyway. It's worth the service and friendliness.

Was with 2 friends riding motorcycles through 455, and one of our batteries died. We called and received help from Elizabeth who came to meet us in person with a new battery and tools. Thanks to her 'above and beyond' service we were able to get on with our ride and have a good time!

Elizabeth and her team were lifesavers for me this past weekend! I got stranded at a local gas station because my motorcycle battery died on me and I was 45 miles away from home. I called up this O’Reillys location and they had a replacement battery in stock for my make and model of motorcycle. I purchased the battery and Elizabeth hand delivered it to me in 10 minutes to the gas station I was stuck at. She and the team working that day went above and beyond in the customer service department!! Thanks again Elizabeth and team for all the help!!

Great staff who are always friendly and willing to help you find the part(s) you need. They also keep a great stock available, even for imports. And if they don't have it, they can usually get it.
