7-Eleven

The entire team here has been wonderful for every interaction. Many thanks to you all for your small, unexpected kindnesses and friendly employees.

Yes the outside does need some cleaning up but the staff is always pleasant and they have made improvements on the gas pumps recently. The challenge with many 7Eleven locations are that a lot of contractors go in with muddy feet and just don't care if the store owners are having to clean up after them on a regular basis.

The gas pump didn't have receipt paper. It may also have just been the worst time to drop in but there was low stock of beverages and the store felt a little run down. They were clearly cleaning and stocking as an employee was on the floor with cleaners and there were a few plastic packaging wraps from 24-pack of waters in the hallway. The cash register didn't have any signs to indicate which register was for checking out and the cashier was preoccupied with what felt like nothing but maybe he was waiting for a response when I walked up and didn't acknowledge the line forming. It wasn't until the people buying alcohol behind me set their drinks down at the active register. Because it wasn't made known prior to this they had to pick their items up after I reached over to start the transaction for my items. I didn't feel like asking for my receipt as I usually do because he had already dismissed me and had moved on to checking out the other people the moment I finished my payment. I did get what I needed and pump some gas at regular price but I will go elsewhere next time.

Some of the pumps do not give a receipt after you finish pumping gas, a little annoying as you have to go back inside to get it. The staff is nice enough but sometimes might come off a little distant, maybe just cultural differences. Over all not bad for a 7-11, I like having it in the area for late night needs.

Store is clean but they need to clean up around the store to include the drainage ditches. When they get mowed you can see tons of trash looks disgusting not very appealing and reflects poorly upon Celina

Typical convenience store. High prices!

7/8/23 5PM - I am ONLY giving this 2 stars because the Employee working behind the counter was very nice and completely professional. Otherwise, I'd only give it a 1 star. This 7-11 was completely disgusting!!
1. None of trash receptacles outside had been emptied. All of them overflowing.
2. Upon entry, the store smelled horrible
3. There was clutter all over the place, making it a little hard to move around in there.
4. The men's room had pi** and over the floor, shi* smeared all over the wall, and on the ouside door frame.

This place needs remodel

Bought milk here the 6th, unknown to us it was bad by the 10th. Expiration date says 20th. We’ve been sick for a few days. Don’t buy milk from here.

Everyone who works here is insane.

No receipts at pumps

This is the trashiest worst gas station ever and who ever the lady working today should NOT be working anywhere where she deals with people. She wanted me to get out of the line I had been standing in to scan my own lotto tickets. All but one was a winner and no other gas station has EVER requested this. She was rude in how she asked about it. Not friendly at all!!! You guys lost out on a $400 sell plus gas. Awful place.

If anyone from NYC is feeling homesick, you will have some nostalgia if you decide to use the bathroom here. The smell of urine is just as bad as the metro.
