I would like to commend the pharmacy staff at this CVS in Coppell. I have a dog that has glaucoma, and he has prescriptions for the same eye drops that humans are given, so we get them there. The staff at this CVS is so amazing, helpful, and understanding. Sometimes we go through the drops quicker than other times depending on my dog's eye pressure, and anytime I call, they get them ready for me quickly and don't give me a hard time if he needs a refill a bit sooner than scheduled. They also keep dog treats at their drive thru window :)

I called in to refill my prescription. The tech(Sarah) helped me out on the phone. But the call dropped. The tech called back right away to finish the process. She also helped me with a discount card when it turned out that my insurance didn't cover the refill. I really appreciate the customer centric work ethic. Thanks!

Haroon is amazing! The pharmacy wouldn't pick up the phone, and I took a chance with phoning the customer service desk. He was very helpful in relaying information between the pharmacy and myself.
