Books-A-Million

Great bookstore. Very clean and open. Service is very attentive and the product is well kept. I only feel bad that it seems like corporation style management is forcing their employees to try to push the rewards programs / magazine subscriptions.

I didn’t count the books but they might be close to a million.

I literally only made it to the very front of the store, now this is my second time there! SO many books and items for any occasion. If they had coffee and a few comfy chairs, I'd be there for hours reading. Great customer service, from the handsome cashier. Very helpful!

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. My online purchase pickup went smoothly. I found all of what I was looking for At the best price. Pickup time was speedy.

I love this store. I love the way its setup, the friendly staff and most of all the amount of bargain books they keep in stock for a smaller location. Shopping here is a guaranteed relaxing success.

I always liked Borders better than Barnes and Noble and Books-A-Million is basically Borders resurrected! Specifically at this location the people are very friendly there's a good selection of books and games and pretty much anything you'd like as well as a cafe with very good coffee and food. It is also not nearly as large or busy as the Barnes & Noble nearby which is a good thing. It is just the right size, large but not too large. I love it!

Friendly and helpful staff. The new location has a fresh and intimate feeling to it.

The customer service is really really good. They're very helpful without being intrusive. If you need your own space they're gladly give it to you. Not just that but if you have any questions they're very knowledgeable.

Wonderful location, employees are always super helpful and polite.

It's pretty apparent ownership could care a little more. The computers usually crash when I'm there. Waiting 15 minutes while the system reboots is a sure way to get people to not want to come back. Has been an issue for at least a year.

Regardless, great place for gifts and collectibles. The coffee shop is nice, too. Book selection is great and personnel are always happy to help you find what you're looking for. Not many more book spots in this area, hope it sticks around.

Not only do they have a great selection of books, but also a lot of novelty items to choose from. Pretty cool place.

Awesome location! Cashiers were very helpful when I couldn't find what I wanted and was going to settle for something else. They immediately pointed me in the right direction and help me find exactly what I needed. Other customer service and staff picked up the other people in line so that I wasn't holding anything up. Most locations do not attempt to make sure that the customer is fully satisfied, but this one is. All of the books in this location were untarnished or ripped or looked used.

Everyone that works here is amazing. They love to have conversations about their favorite books with the customers and also helped me decide between a series. I always love just going to the book store even if it’s just to browse or grab a cup of coffee. The staff are all very helpful and sweet. This is one of my favorite places to go
