Great produce dept, nicely presented, clean, organized, fresh. Impressed! Kudos to produce staff on a fantastic job! Small floral dept but was cute, nice and clean. Highly recommend shopping here. Happy grocery shopping everyone and Godspeed!

Decent selection and deals but mainly only shop sale items here. Although I find that the state road store has a better selection as well as the market district.

Great place for curbside service. Nice friendly people who bring your order to your car. And good bargains! They get an A plus from you. Beautiful turkey for my Thanksgiving dinner

I like the layout of this store. Despite the parking lot being quite full, there was like no one shopping in here. LOL. Nice selection of meat and sale items.

Today, Thanksgiving Eve, I went to the Giant Eagle on Howe Ave and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received from the deli. Terry , a young lady and deli manager, saw how I was a bit stressed buying cheese for my Thanksgiving dinner and brought to my attention of an existing $5 customer satisfaction coupon . That's right anyone can get up to $5 off 1 to multiple varieties of cheese! Terry had me try a variety of samples . It was definitely a personal experience. Terry gave me few $1 off coupons and made sure I had the brand of cheese for the $1 coupons. Just visiting the Deli at this Giant Eagle truly brightened my day and made one of the expenses for Thanksgiving dinner much more affordable. I'm telling you... was an unbelievably amazing experience!

I have gone to Giant Eagle since it opened up on East Waterloo and that was back in the 70s. I visit other stores for sales that I see but I continue to shop at giant eagle the most. And now that they have curb service and don’t charge a fee if you order something over $35, it is so inconvenient for me being 80 years old and being limited on my walking.

Haven't been here in year's due to distance from where I'm located now. But I love this store/ location..... customer service is at it's best, friendly and very clean atmosphere, and the staff are professional in attitude, work ethics, and appearance. Tim, who works at this location, is the best thing to happen to Giant Eagle. Even gathering carts outside in the snow, his demeanor is kind and very happy. He’s always helpful and so genuine and friendly. I make a point to come to this location when I’m in the area just to get a bright smile and hello from Tim. He absolutely makes my day. We need more Tims in the world. ☺☺

This Giant Eagle was convenient for me to stop. It's nice and big and have all the items that I needed plus more. I normally go to the Giant Eagle in Cuyahoga Falls. They are both great for grocery shopping.

Love this store. The people are always friendly and helpful. I'm glad the store is open again but must admit I still really like the curb side pickup. Jessica is such an asset, always ready to give suggestions if needed making the whole experience stress free.

We haven't been here in years and had a great time! Did some bowling and played pool. Everyone working here was great and we definitely will be back
