Great selection of gluten-free flour. Awesome candy selection. Weird soda flavors are available. Giant Gummi stuff. Melting chocolates and molds. Been shopping there since they opened at the Plaza of Chapel Hill. The rock candy on a stick is great. It's the only place that I get my sesame sticks from. They have salted, Cajun spice, everything bagel and cheddar cheese flavors. Seeds and nuts are also available. Small toys with candy inside too.

I’m usually weary about the cleanliness of bulk foods, but Mr. Bulky’s was very clean and had a great system in place to make sure the foods did not become contaminated. They have fresh scoops in containers throughout the store that you use when selecting your items, which are then placed in separate used scoop bins to be cleaned after each use.

Great prices, surprising selection. Loose leaf tea blends, tons of spices for soups & cooking, lots of dry grains, oats, flours, plus all of the candy options.

They also sold small gift items, glass and plastic spice/storage containers, cookie cutters, cake boxes, and decorated treat bags.

I was reading the reviews, and one in particular really stuck out to me. "I wish I could bottle up the smell and take it home". Yep, that's pretty much how I feel. This store is so nostalgic, not just because I went there as a kid, but all those young and old can find something here. It is truly an underrated gem. I was in utter shock and disbelief when I realized my Akron born and raised husband had never even heard of it. This place is my go-to for all holiday related candies. There's more than candy, they have spices, tinker toys, molds, and more. I love love love this little shop. I can't wait to come back.

Candies, spices, and more, all at remarkably low prices. I recommend to anyone looking for normal or even rare candies, nuts, treats, etc. They have a special section for candy making supplies as well as other baking and packaging type supplies.

Zero-waste life!! Love this place, every now and then i drive all the way from Cle to go there and buy bulk beans, spices and gummy bear. Everything is in good quality and fresh. The staff are nothing but top notch, they patiently weigh my containers before filling them, and after, and subtract the weight to calculate how much i owe, it takes time but they do it with nothing but big smiles. Love it.

While Mr. Bulky's is certainly well-known for their bulk candy, we must give a shout-out to their impressive bulk spice, flour, grains, nut, tea, and savory snacks section. It's quite an assortment and perfect for someone looking to cut back on their use of single use plastics! You can bring your own clean containers (get it weighed for the tare weight before you fill it) and skip the plastic bags. It's a perfect store for a zero waster, especially if you have kids and still want to give them access to candy without all the wrapping.

Wonderful candy shop. Has about every candy I had as a kid. It has something for everyone. Service is always pleasant and professional.

Who doesn't love an entire store full of candy?! Plus they have spices and other cooking ingredients and tools you might not find anywhere else. You have to go check it out for yourself, I see something different every time I go.

I used to go in this store all the time about 30 years ago when I was a kid. Then I decided to pay a visit with my two young boys recently. I love the smell in this store. I wish I could capture the smell and take it home.

Wonderful store with helpful staff. Looking for tea? Bulky has every variety imaginable including a large selection of herbal loose tea such as dried lavender. Don't forget to check out the selection of bottled rootbeer and craft sodas!

I love that there still exists a specific candy store that is locally-owned. Took my son here to pick out some candy after a good trip to the doctor. He was delighted by the selection and the ability to find candy that can't be found elsewhere.

Also, they have great options for bulk orders. If you need a large amount of candy ordered, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I love this place as does my grandson. Anything you need you can find here. Rare Candy, bulk Candy or even spices are here to choose from. If you're looking for decorations for baked goods this is the spot. Prices are incredible. Staff is so nice & helpful.

I wish we had a place even close to how good Mr Bulky's is in central Ohio.

Rarely disappointing. They have tons of candy and a decent selection of spices and foodstuffs like flour and nuts. The miscellaneous toys and gadgets, as well as the hard to find candies, made this a great place to grab stocking staffers for younger kids

I get my spices here. Great place to get exactly the right amount and at a great price.

Love going in here and feeling like a kid again. If you are a person of certain ages you will enjoy the old candies from our childhood. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Store was clean as always and you can't beat the prices. Will always come back.
