Rich was very helpful in assisting me. Im In a wheelchair, so it is not easy for me to get out and pump gas. They were very helpful at this location, and I'm very grateful.

I was helped by a shorter man with fun colored/rainbow hair! He was very sweet and when my order was messed up he did not hesitate to correct it. They were also out of a product to make the drink I ordered and he suggested some other ideas for me. Overall, very pleasant experience especially given the fact they are more than likely short staffed some days. I appreciate his kindness and efforts to make my experience pleasant!

I go out of my way to make sure this is the only Sheetz I ever visit. The staff is friendly and personable. Whoever is the manager here deserves a raise.

Left my wallet one day and when I realized the next day, I came in and they had it, with everything still in it. Besides that, the employees are super friendly and the food is great (for a fast food gas station.) Sometimes service is slow if it's busy, but that's such a nitpicking thing considering I don't believe they have a full kitchen staff. Overall 5 stars for friendly employees and good experiences every time.

This is a wonderful place with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I wasn’t able to get my fuel lid open today due to it being so cold and it freezing shut. Being stranded, one or two of their team members made sure I was okay. One of their members even went out of their way to try to go out in the 14 degree weather and try to help me. Top notch customer service. I go to this gas station all the time due to my work being around the corner and I am always completely impressed with the people they have working there.

We come in every other day or so. Staff is always great. Management should know that Pati always does a phenomenal job at selling the loyalty program and app. You can’t coach passion.

I’ve always had great service and food here at the Cuyahoga Falls store on Main st. It’s a clean store and the staff are very nice. Prices are great too.

Some racist guy stuck his hand into my order and took some fries. Sheets employee was awesome and made me new fries, I didn't even have to ask!

For a gas station this place is okay. Accessible for just about anybody and usually very busy with a lot of gas pumps.
