I have been coming to this Walgreens Pharmacy heavily for 3 years. Sometimes they are busy and there is a wait, so there is a wait. The employees know how to do their jobs, and are often overworked. I have found them to be more often than not, more helpful and patient than anything else. I have observed some customers act out in ways that could be described as extremely difficult. So its good to be understanding. I really think they deserve a much better overall review than they have, given the longevity that I have been a consumer here. Which admittedly have not all been to my preference, but thats everyday life as far as I am concerned.

I have been coming to this Walgreens for years now and it has been great. The service has always been exceptional, especially so from a few people behind the counter that are very friendly and make me feel welcome! As for the pharmacists, they're knowledgeable and professional, and one in particular is the shining star of the group... Shout out to Cassidy! I'll be going here for years to come :)

Totally understand the reviews of people being upset the pharmacy closing, but the people here are nothing but nice! I have a feeling Walgreens doesn’t staff enough pharmacists because they are greedy, so it’s not the staff’s fault. All techs have been very friendly and pharmacist Cassidy cares about her patients and their health!

I just came to pick up a script for my hisband after he had mouth surgery and Carolin went above and beyond by calling the doctor to reduce how many medications he was having to take to make it easier for him. I didn't even ask for that she took it upon herself to make it easier for my husband's recovery with what was available to him. Carolin was extremely polite, professional, caring, and understanding. She did not have to do what she did for us and I am extremely grateful she did and I know my husband will be as well. Thank you so very much Carolin and keep up the great work.

This is my go-to Walgreens! The staff are so patient and kind and friendly. I especially like to use this pharmacy because of the staff. They prioritize patient needs and are so kind.

I did the drive up pickup option from my online order. I used the link in the text Walgreens sent me to let them know I was there. A polite lady brought out my purchase in a few minutes.

I’m not sure where the other reviews are coming from, but I’ve always had a great experience here. It’s busy sometimes but it’s COVID and the lines usually go pretty fast. They keep my card on file to pay easier, pharmacists always talk to me like they aren’t in a rush asking sincerely if I have questions and they’ve always been kind. They’re open until like 8pm; they’ve helped me in line after 8 with no complaints when I’ve been waiting and the time passed 8pm. Been using them for almost 2 years.

I love coming to this Walgreens location! The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable, patient, + friendly.

The store manager Jim is amazing communicates very well and makes accommodations with customers and staff when needed genuinely tries to help at every chance he gets. The pharmacy manager kell is very knowledgeable understanding and patient. She provides a stable environment and vibe to her team despite the constant negativity that pursues Walgreens in general. Generally a great place to shop and get scripts from if u can be understanding patient and have care for others like the team does.

All employees in the pharmacy were polite and helpful even though they were busy and I arrived shortly before closing. I was far from home and in need of antibiotics. They made an otherwise horrible situation just a bit better. Many thanks to both Mai and the very helpful pharmacy tech!

My experience here recently was phenomenal. The new lady working there greeted me like I’ve never been greeted in there before. I think her name was Qiana. She had a very warm smile and bubbly personality. She let me know that I had rewards points to redeem which saved me $10 dollars! She is truly the face of that place.

Extremely kind pharmacy staff. Pharmacist Cotton went above and beyond for our family, when she very easily could have brushed off our questions and concerns.

The pharmacy staff here has gone above and beyond...I got sick in kc and live 300 miles away...I had to go to an urgent care and get a prescription for a bad uri almost bronchitis. The prescription was sent to Wal-Mart first who could not pull my info as I left my prescription card home.......the Wal-Mart could not pull it...this great Walgreens had no prob pulling my info and the wonderful pharmacist Pheonna Chai stayed almost an hour late to get me taken care of....she even had to keep calling the Wal-Mart for over 30 min. to get them to transfer the perscription. I greatly appreciate the help they gaveme on this bad day

Pharmacy does the leg work to my prescription thru w/ insurance, before I even know calls need to be made. The lady that’s over beauty dept. is awesome. Staff always around and helpful.
