Easy to make a reservation, even for a luxury class, walk directly outside, and pick whichever car is in the class aisle. There was a nice selection of cars and the Volvo XC60 I chose was clean, very comfortable, low miles, and enjoyable to drive. Return process was just as easy. The attendant on the lot was pleasant and wanted to know how my experience with National was.

it was my first time using National for a work trip. I have the emerald membership, but when I arrived early in the morning, I was greeted at the desk and taken care of with the most respectful and abstain Customer Service. As well as when returning the car I was asked how my ride was and was stayed with while removing items from the car. Both attends were great! if I could remember their names, I would give them both a five star rating!

Love National and the Emerald Club! National makes renting a car so easy! Recently rented at the KC airport, grabbed a car from the Emerald Isle and was on the road in 5 minutes, brought it back, Colin greeted us and checked us in and we in the airport pronto! I have been with National since 2008 and I have tried other car rental services from time to time, but always come back because the quality of customer service and cars are 10x above the rest. They are always professional, but also make me feel like family. Thank you to all the staff at National for your dedication and support through the years past and the many to come!!

Easy, fast, painless, efficient... I wish the other parts of my business travel were as good as National Car Rental. Clean vehicles, great selection, and visiting the Emerald Aisle and checking out is smooth and quick. Staff is always helpful, professional, and friendly.

I am an executive elite member and have great experience all the time with national. Have the app and bypass the counter. I will say avoid the grand Cherokee 4Ex. It has alot of mechanical issues. National was able to accommodate me in a different location to switch out the vehicle which was nice.

National makes it very easy to grab a car from their Executive area and check out. I have used several other car rental companies over the past 20+ years of travel and find National the most customer friendly. The drop off at the end of rental is also very pain free. Thanks National

Their common sense and real approach to provide the best car for the best price with convenience is second to none and I have used all of the major rental car brands and even niche suppliers. I'll continue to use them as long as their approach continues to be customer focused and their loyalty program provides actual value and benefit.

Loved the upgrade to the 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe; car was spotless, emerald aisle was full of options, exit was fast and easy. On the return side André was great checking us back in and making sure that we had a great experience. One of the best National Car Rental locations I have been to.

I travel frequently and use National most of the time. I get to pick out the car that I want and they make it easy.. Cars are new and well maintained. Car returns are easy as well. I returned my car at the KC airport location and Trent checked me in. He was very efficient and gave me directions on how to be picked up by my wife.

I fly in often to the KCI airport and I must say this by far was the best service I've received over the years! I would like to thank Ms. Loraine and Ms. Olivia for an outstanding job! These ladies were phenomenal with their customer service and made me feel like I was VIP😂😂 I will book every time if these two ladies can assist me! We have been using National for years mainly for there great car selection, ease of use and the great customer care. If you think about it cars have 10,000 moving parts, multiple computers etc. things can a do go wrong but when they do National is there for you and a real person answers the phone. A true 5 star experience. A huge thanks to Nick L in Kansas City.

Second time renting from Alamo/National and once again I was very happy with their customer service. Everyone working at this location was friendly, welcoming and professional. The car had a few minor scratches all around but was very clean on the inside.

The rental process was so friendly and easy and stress-free. Walked in and picked up a car from the lot and drove off. In returning Chris was so helpful and made us feel at ease. It helps to be an Emerald Club member. Their customer service is great too and resolve issues so efficiently.

I’m a frequent traveler and National is my #1 choice for my car rentals. Their service is excellent, cars are newer models and always clean. My last rental was in Kansas City (MCI) and Drake was the service member that took care of me and he was great.

Had to fly through Kansas City International. As an Executive level I enjoy just jumping in a going. This trip all they had were Minivans, which is by far not my preference. The 1st one i got settled into had a screen not working, no controls. So I had to pack back up and get into another one. This one (i found out after driving away) had missed some kids food crumbs all over the back seats. Oh well.
Agent Hector Flores checked me in at drop off, and was wonderful. He took care and concern over my satisfaction 1st and foremost.

Even in the cold wind of the winter morning when we arrived and departed in Kansas City, the staff at National were there, friendly and very helpful. Joshua Hubner welcomed us back & had the car checked in by the time we had our bags gathered! Highly recommend

A big shout out to Shanon Morgan at the Manhattan Regional Airport in Kansas. I was a little apprehensive about my one way return to a smaller airport and after talking to Shanon all my worries were gone. Her customer service and ability to answer all my questions confidently is why I will definitely be renting from National again!! If other locations are like the one Shanon works at, then you found a life long renter.

I rented a car with National in KC and what a great experience. Car was ready upon arrival, process was very smooth and the car was fantastic. Customer service was exceptional when I brought the car back. Jaiden was my CSR and he had me in and out swiftly and efficiently. National at this location definitely has their process streamlined.
