Easy online booking and amazing discount for being a AAA Member! Awesome A++ service: Picked up at your car, helped with your bags, and dropped off at the front door of the Airport! Everyone at The Parking Spot is always so nice and friendly. I've never had a bad experience with them and my family had been using them for YEARS!

Having the shuttle pick you up at your front bumper and deliver you to the departures drop off is so much more pleasant than are the other alternatives. I use the covered parking to help reduce the requirement of shoveling your car out of a drift and through the pile in front from the other parking lot snow plows. This is absolutely the best way to park at the airport for overnight stays.

The van drivers are do helpful, attentive and curteous! During the recent arctic cold front we asked the driver to stand by while we attempted to start our vehicle in case we needed help. He kindly agreed to wait and joined our happiness when our vehicle started!

My flight was leaving at odd hours and The Parking Spot made it possible that I didn't have to inconvenience any family or friends to take me to the airport. I most liked their professionalism. I'm a senior and I felt safe from start to finish.

When we arrived in KC on a dark rainy night, we couldn't find our car keys. Our driver then dropped us and our luggage off at the office. We eventually found them in our luggage. He noticed me at my car later and stopped and told me to wait with the car and he would go back and pick-up my wife and luggage. Nice guy, very helpful.

During our trip, I lost the card that had my parking location written on it. The bus driver was very patient and after dropping off all the other passengers, took the time to go up and down each row until we found our vehicle. The driver was very good at communicating and turned a difficult situation into a good experience. He should be commended for his attitude and professionalism.

1st time parking at the airport and let me tell you, this experience was wonderful. They picked me up where I parked and got me over to the terminal quick and easy. And the return trip was a snap too. I saw a shuttle as soon as I left out of the airport and they took back to my car. Quick and easy check in and check out too.

Very convenient service. The shuttle quickly came to our car and the driver helped with the baggage. We didn't wait long for a shuttle to pick us up when we returned from vacation.

The drivers at The Parking Spot are the best! They loaded our bags into and off of the bus for us, which was a huge help. We always get covered parking. So glad we did!

The Parking Spot is a great place to park. They pick you up right at your car and on your return they deliver you right back to your car. The drivers help load and unload your luggage. They are always friendly and courteous. They also provide bottled water as you check out which is always welcomed after a flight.

The Parking Spot is my go to. It's easy and affordable. The customer service is fantastic. I love the AAA discount and rewards for frequent use of their service.

I can't say enough generous things about The Parking Spot at Kansas City Airport. All the staff from our 2 drivers to Ashley and Gabriel (Gabe) went up and beyond to help our family in many ways. I will continue to park here whenever traveling and I highly recommend this parking business to everyone. The website/phone app are both very user friendly which is one less thing to worry about when you're planning a vacation or things change in your vacation plans. Thank you, Gabe and Ashley, your kindness has not gone unnoticed.

Friendly employees. They pick you up and drop you off right at your car. No waiting for van at little kiosk. No need to remember where you got on the van and where you parked in relation to the kiosk stop. Easy check in and out.

This was a great experience. Pick you up at your car, help you with luggage and drop you off at your car when returning. Drivers are very nice and helpful with the luggage. Definitely will do this again if we fly out of KCI again

I was in Seattle, WA, and had a reservation at another place other than the Parking Spot. It was a total nightmare! It was so messed up that it would take pages to describe. I am so used to the convenience and reliability of the Parking Spot in KC that I take it for granted. No longer. USE THE PARKING SPOT for reliability and convenience!

The staff that I have interacted with are always very nice and welcoming. I appreciate being able to reserve my spot in advance - and I have two more trips in the future already booked.

The shuttles are on time and they drop you off right in front of your car. Free water is a nice touch. Best airport parking in Kansas City!

We had a dead battery. Employee went above and beyond to get us started so we could go home. Great service! They noticed we had trouble and came to us!!!

First time using this service, at it was amazingly simple. I scanned my code, an attendant came out immediately and told me where to park. The second I parked, a shuttle bus was right there. The driver loaded our bags he made a few more stops to pick up others. He dropped us off, and told us exactly where to go for check-in/security. And gave us a card.

Upon are return, the card told us exactly where to go for pick-up. They run fairly frequently, so it’s never more than a 5 min wait. There were quite a few of us, but everyone was in great moods, and we were able to joke with them and the driver back to our cars.

We must’ve struck gold, cuz we were the first ones delivered to our vehicle! I paid the higher price (3$) more per day for covered parking. The driver unloaded our bags and loaded them into my vehicle.

The only thing I felt bad about was I never carry cash with me, and they don’t have a “tip” feature on their website. I will know better next time.

They really do take care of you, they are located right off the highway, and get you to the airport within minutes of arrival.
