We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and has everything.

Pet friendly hotel too, which is a big plus.
The shuttle service is awesome; called upon arrival and the shuttle came in just a couple minutes. Staff are all friendly.

They have a starbucks on site which is super convenient; members can use it for their F&B credit.
We will use this location again in the future.

Close to the MCI airport. Shuttle service to/from hotel to airport 24 hours/day. Beds were VERY comfortable.

I was here for a conference and the service was fantastic. The food was also the best that I have had and plentiful!

The A/C wasn't working correctly, but when I called to the front desk. The local repair tech, James, showed up right away and was friendly and fixed us right up. He even gave us a fan to circulate the now cool air. The staff and rooms are comfortable and the staff very friendly!

Daily maid service is a thing of the past? Good bed and pillows. Nice Starbucks and expensive restaurant. Air conditioning probably isn’t cool enough for some but it did not bother me. Would love to have the small Blinking lights on the ceiling not flashing at night.

It's an older hotel, but the rates are reasonable, still has that old Hilton feel (real glass drinking glasses!), the shuttle is dependable, outstanding service and employees and the restaurant is one of the best! (which is a plus as there's not much within a 5mi radius) Careful when booking or locating as there is a few Hilton properties within a 2mi radius!

Clean, spacious rooms (we had a Deluxe King) and friendly staff! It’s a pretty big place for an airport hotel (11 floors). Has a nice lobby area, too.

The Starbucks inside the building has a modified menu but still tons of options. Best of all - the prices are extremely reasonable!Nice barista, too!

Update: I stayed here again in May 2023 and the hotel redeemed itself. The room I was in was updated, quiet, and very clean. The parking lot was also redone. The only downside is the pool is still under renovation so I'll have to try that out the next time I'm in the area.

Original, Feb 2023: The hotel is showing it's age. The bed sheets and towels were stained. The towel hook in the bathroom was coming off the wall. This hotel needs an update soon.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and shuttle service was exceptional. Nice lounge to relax in and enjoy a cocktail and food after a long day!

Nice Hotel near MCI , shuttle rides every 15 mins , really cool sports bar inside . Overall this Hilton is perfect for travelers.

The room and front desk staff were amazing. The eatery was phenomenal. The only bad part was housekeeping. Even after saying "no thank you" to them, they still tried to enter my room. If I would not have engaged the door lock it would have been a very uncomfortable situation as I was trying to shower.

Front Desk Staff were very friendly and helpful. allowed a really early check in which we were grateful for as we were dealing with our second round of flight cancellations.
Room was very clean and neat. Bathroom was very clean and nice as well.
Prices were very comparable to lesser hotels in the area.
Dining was available in house and had decent choices and tasted good.
Shuttle was running every 15 min to the airport and was a short trip.
Would recommend this place.

The dust ruffle that was on my bed had a disgusting yellow stain on it when I arrived in the room. I had it removed immediately!

Our flight got cancelled with southwest and long story short Beth worked extremely hard to make sure that we had accommodations and a beautiful room. Her guest service and promptness will be unforgettable and she deserves recognition. I appreciate you so much Beth!!

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 15 years. During that time it has undergone remodeling to keep current with the recent styles and replace worn carpet, furnishings etc. Always have had good service from the employees there. It kind of reminds me of the glory of air travel days back in the 60's when everything to do with air travel was upmarket and special. I spent the night there once during a blizzard. The hotel was completely full. I didn't have to be anywhere till the afternoon so I thought I would order room service instead of going to the restaurant. I was one of the last people to get a room that night, so I was on the top floor. When I ordered room service, I knew that the hotel was full and they were feeding a lot more people than normal without any additional staff, so I was prepared for my food to be lukewarm at best, maybe even room temperature, which, given the conditions, would have been alright with me.
Imagine my surprise when the food arrived hot, like it was just taken out of the kitchen and brought to a table in the restaurant. That to me was a true test of the quality of service they have there. I hope that Hilton never does anything to alter this hotel.

I'm a Hilton honors gold member. I'm used to great service but Bailey and Roxanne have gone above and beyond. I spent 3 hours in line at the airport only to miss a early flight and I was exhausted and stranded. They did everything they could to make sure I was able to get on my next day flight and put me at ease. The food at the bar was perfect and Roxanne know how to serve to perfection. I'm used to Aspen service which is phenomenal and they exceeded that. I'm very fortunate to have gone to the Hilton Kansas city and will be back!!! Thank you Bailey and Roxanne, the Hilton is lucky to have you!!!

They were the only shuttle running 24/7. We had a delayed flight and Hilton saved the day. Rooms were very clean and nice. Great deal for the money. The breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely be back.

I just stayed one night and it was absolutely perfect. The staff was awesome! Their shuttle is fantastic! They have a restaurant/ bar onsite that is open for food/ drink until 11:00 p.m. on Saturday [I didn't check the other hours] and Starbucks in the lobby, open 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. The bathroom in my unit was remodeled and perfect. The tub-sized shower and oversized lighted vanity were excellent. They post their cleaning procedures everywhere and they adhere to them. They even have self-sanitizing elevator buttons.

Not sure about the rooms I was doing a door dash. I can say the staff is very friendly and very helpful. Very large hotel with a bar and restaurant. It was empty but it was on the weekday and about 2pm in afternoon.

Perfect for a nite prior to travel. Close to airport with shuttle service!
