Kansas City Airport Marriott

Staff were excellent. My room was very clean. The M room was very nice. I had an early flight ✈ in the morning and the shuttle was right on time. Definitely will stay here again.

Clean room and friendly service. They help save plastic by having body wash, shampoo and conditioner containers mounted on the shower wall instead of using the tiny bottles.
Transportation to the airport was quick and easy.

Came down for breakfast, I opted for the egg white frittata. It was good. Service was great as well.1/23/24 I can't remember my servers name but she is very kind inefficient.

This is by far one of my favorite hotels to stay in... Glad your hotel staff has class and are willing to satisfy the hotel guests for an overnight experience... The steak salad is the best part of the menu... I love you all Kansas City Marriott because you are The Whole Package.... I pray that this review will highlight the best of best hotel stays in Kansas... Kudos to management and staff

MCI Marriott is our place to stay when catching our early flight. Staff is professional, friendly, and gracious. The restaurants are very very good.

I was looking for a place that had a shuttle to get me to my very early flight which was around 5:00 a.m. this place has a 24-hour shuttle that operates every 20 to 30 minutes to the airport which is maybe a 2-minute ride. There is a very convenient itinerary board in the lobby that shows the upcoming flights and their status. The onsite restaurant is fantastic the food is really good drinks are great also and if the weather is accommodating the outside areas great to sit in.

Great location. The room was nice and clean, as was the whole facility. I was here for a business conference, those rooms were well equipped and the meal service was great. Fitness center was updated and clean. Everyone on the staff was friendly and professional.

The entire hotel staff was the nicest I’ve ever experienced. My room was quiet. The gym was clean and so was the pool. The hotel restaurant had one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. It’s pretty big. If you’re hungry definitely get the burger it doesn’t disappoint.
I was here for work. Our conference room attendants -served our breakfast + lunch and handled any technical issues were fantastic!!!
The front desk was so helpful, helping me find a nearby salon to get my nails done + general questions.
They all did a fantastic job. I had a great stay here.

Have overnight stayed at this hotel for years when connecting flights through Kansas City airport. Great service. Good people. Quiet rooms. Any issues (very few) handled quickly. Handy bus to airport. Good food and bar. Only negative for me is, like so very many recently refurbished hotels, I hate the cold modernistic room design and decorations, like the bare wooden floors (not even sure they're wood), no carpets, hard to operate showers, and cold lighting. Your mileage might vary.

Very nice - restaurant is very solid as there's not much in the immediate area so I ate here a few times. Rooms were clean. Would recommend and stay again.

Great location, easy access, wierd parking situation with a 3rd party, not Marriotts fault. Room was great, comfy bed as always, great shower with rain head and detachable nozzle. Bar/restaurant had good selection of drinks and food, my rueben sandwich was super juicy, my wife's burger was good, and the bartender was attentive and friendly, I forgot his name, sorry.
The next morning we had breakfast, and Victoria was our server, she made sure we knew with our coupon and platinum status, we had more options. She went out of her way to make sure we had extra cheese, topped off our drinks, made conversation, got my wife French toast we didn't know was available.....she nailed customer service.

This Marriott is one of the best. The staff is amazing, the rooms are great and the fact that's its next to MCI is awesome. My favorite part of this hotel is the Bar/Restaurant located in the hotel. Food is good but the bartenders here are amazing (Your the best Liz!).

I love the staff at this hotel. Mai has been there for years. Her personality hasn't changed even a tiny little bit. She is the sweetest lady ever. Too bad there weren't more Mai's in this world. She's your diamond in the rough.

Location is great, if you need to be close to the airport. If you're looking for something to do close by, this is not the hotel for you.

Great hotel. Rooms and views are very nice. Elevators are fast and efficient. Very little waiting. Had a problem with the HVAC fan in our room, and it was fixed the same day that we reported it. The only issue was that the restaurant isn't open all day. One can order online or by phone for pick-upordelivery. I tried calling, and I wasn't at all impressed with the person who answered. I canceled my order. Otherwise, all was good.

Absolutely loved my room. Everything was fresh and clean. Guest services were so helpful and nice. Attended an event there and stayed the night. Had a great time and made good memories.

This is a really beautiful convenient hotel airport. It is recently remodeled and looks great. They have parking available for a fee. It was $11 to park overnight. One side of the hotel overlooks a little lake. We enjoyed our short stay there. It seemed like a very clean safe area. I felt very safe. It is a great airport location.

Right next to the airport. Super friendly staff. Like... they recognized where I worked and were just the nicest people.

The lady running the coffee counter in the morning is a gem. So sweet and friendly.

While visiting KC for a conference all flights were cancelled due to weather so we booked rooms at the Marriott for the night. When we arrived we were about 30 people deep in line waiting to check in. There was one staff member working at the time due to transition of schedules and I will admit this was one of the best customer service experiences my group received. The woman at the front desk and subsequent male employee were efficient and communicative while checking in the waiting line. While there were not enough rooms ready at the time, this was told to us waiting in line. Each guest was asked to provide the booking name and phone number and we were called when an available room was ready for us. While waiting we went over to the bar to have dinner and drinks where 1 member of the Marriott team was running the entire space. He was great and everyone was very understanding. In light of the unexpected circumstances due to weather and all flights being grounded at MCI, this team truly held it together and put the guests first. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. A team that works well under pressure, despite obvious frustrations deserves the utmost kudos. Thank you Marriott MCI airport team!
