7-Eleven

I have been a regular for many years. Just a year ago I decided to try the Angus Cheese burger. The wonderful staff made it fresh for me! I was hooked! It is my favorite! Mr.Soofi, and the entire team always are polite, courteous . Excellent customer service.God bless you all and this store! Now all I do is show up, they see me and know almost
immediately what I want. I work far away in md. If it wasn't for you all, I would starve.

This 7-Eleven is in a very convenient place it's across the street from a grocery store and a McDonald's is within walking distance in the event that you might have an emergency there is a fire department at the next corner

Coffee wasn’t hot

Dude at this 7-11 didn’t understand what ‘propane’ was until I showed him my cylinder and then took 10 minutes to find and proceed to use the wrong key to try and unlock their propane storage thing. Second guy slightly better at key operation, but then tried to give me 2 empty cylinders until I showed him the full ones have a cap.

I just don’t like the cashier. She is often questioned me why do I look older than my age in front of everyone, now over a year I spend my money Gas Station who value me as a good customer.

I asked the cashier guy about Marlboro Red, and I told him I want to get 8 packs if it fresh. But if it is stale; I will return it. He agrees!! I went home, the first pack was bad and stale. Next day I opened the second pack and it was stale as well. I went back to the store and asked him to take the remaining unopened 6 packs and return what left of my money. he refused and I insisted! After long discussion he agreed to change them not to return them.. I opened the first pack and same thing ( stale) I tossed away and stopped by Harris Teeter and got nice tasting cigarettes. I will never go back to this store again. Be aware and don’t believe their words, let him write it down to honor his words if anything wrong.

Many people complaining about the attitude of people running this place and I am one of them. Be responsible, respectful to customers or lose them forever.

Horrendous staff. Got in with my electric scooter. I was told to leave it outside. When I explained that I can’t safely tie it outside and it’s worth 1k - the guy couldn’t be more rude and kicked me out. I understand that might be store policy, but does anyone train the staff on how to explain that to costumers?

The attendant that I show in the picture just is the worst, first, I just went to claim 2 dollars in the VA lottery, he scream, yelled and throw me the money to the floor and after he refused to give me the service to buy a coffee which one I left in the counter. What a disgrace of employee for 7 eleven, my only question : if they don't like to work in a retail store why they apply or why 7 eleven hire this kind of employees. I won't comeback to this 7 eleven, terrible attention.

It's been twice now that the same old man with the red beard has a bad attitude and always asks for ID when I'm just buying some sodas and roll paper.
