Today, I had the pleasure of dealing with Ms. Rios from AT&T located at 1098 A ST in Hayward, who went above and beyond to help resolve a critical issue with my mom's cellular service. My mom’s inability to make or receive calls and texts had been a source of frustration, and we were truly grateful for the outstanding assistance we received.

Ms Rios’ attentiveness was immediately evident. She patiently listened to our concerns and showed a genuine interest in understanding the problem. Her professionalism and empathy made us feel heard and valued as customers.

I switched from Verizon to At&T , only reason the great customer service from the one and the only person at A street, Hayward store.

“Misael” is a great helper and has the great amount of knowledge how things work within the system of At&T. Either its porting or other things.
I had trouble porting my number and have had N number of calls with Useless customer support. Have had no reception for 3 days, Till then i had made mind I wont switch to AT&T, due to useless efforts with customer service. Made final effort to goto hayward store and
The issue got fixed and addressed as a priority by Misael and he fixed it in less than 10 mins.
Guy is a legend and Deserves a rise and good recognition. Thanks to his knowledge he should be on a higher position.

What more to expect than a store that surpasses expectations. They applied all discounts to meet a quality service but great price. Makes me want to continue service with this company as long as I get great discounts on trade ins, accessories, and most importantly service.

Visited this AT&T store to upgrade my iPhone. Faviola was very helpful with understanding my needs and recommending the phone that would be suitable for me. Unfortunately, this configuration was not in stock, and she went out of her way to find out which store(s) would have this configuration. Thanks Faviola!

Walked into this at@t store the other day because I was having trouble with my account and as soon as I walked into the store I was greeted very quickly by an associate who asked me how can they help me. I mentioned a couple questions on my account and about the bill and got it straightened out within 15 min tops, a very un-stressful visit. Thank you for a positive visit.

I purchased my iPhone 12 Pro Max on 3/21 & I was right away helped out by Giselle. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a different employee and Giselle called me up right away. The process of me not only of purchasing a new phone but paying a bill and paying off my current phone was really easy with them. Her communication was very well, friendly and pretty much GREAT ! I’ve been helped out by Jackie prior to this months ago and I think the staff here are friendly, professional and helpful. I will definitely come back

Great service i came in my Elderly mother to get her a new phone. Misael was very knowledgeable. He gave us some great options. We ended up going with his recommendation and purchased an iPhone 13 minie. We walked out satisfied and happy. He even gave us the AARP discount. I’ll definitely will be coming back.

I visit this store in Hayward yesterday, they were able to help to help me right away they had the phone I needed, everyone there was happy talking to each other helping each other.
I exited the store happy very satisfied with their service. this days is hard to get a good customer service, people are working moody and ruth. Here they make me feel appreciate welcome!

Sales associate Jorge was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I wanted. He gave me very honest advice on what options to chose for my phone upgrade. He informed me of all the possible ways and how much money I would spend and informed me which would be better money wise and product wise. I highly recommend this AT&T location, customer service is award worthy. Staff had sufficient knowledge about all products and plans and I didn’t leave the store unsure about my decision, they know what they’re doing! Thank you

The manager of this store, Joey, is very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about what I wanted. He was friendly and made me feel like I was an important customer. I highly recommend going to this store and asking for Joey if you want good customer service.
